Interesting with amazing views.
I felt welcomed and looked after during all the tours we took. Being an Australian who doesn’t speak a lot of Spanish, I appreciated the tour guides translating from Spanish to English. The tours were very knowledgeable and found it interesting with amazing views. A lot of history in Peru.

Machu Picchu afternoon tour.
Everything was very well organized and went without any problems. Seeing Manchu Picchu involves a lot of planning. There are different circuits in the park for which you have to get tickets at specific times when they are released for sale. Then getting there from Cusco involves train tickets and bus tickets - it’s an all day adventure. I felt overwhelmed planning it myself and this tour was all inclusive and took care of everything. It costs a little more than doing it yourself but it was so worth it! Everything was planned out for us and the tickets to the best circuit (circuit #2) were provided. We chose the afternoon entrance because I didn’t want to wake up at 4 am. Our pickup was at 8 am for entrance to the park at 2 pm. The city of Machu Picchu is truly an amazing sight to see no matter what time. Getting there was also an experience and all was well organize and planned. I highly recommend this tour.

Perfectly organized tour to Machu Picchu.
We had an perfectly organized tour to Machu Picchu. Got picked up by a personal driver in a comfortable car. He brought us to the train station were we entered the train to Aguas Calientes. There a lady waited for us and brought us to the bus to Machu Picchu where our guide already waited for us. The guide was friendly, competent and spoke very good English. He explained a lot and showed us pictures from the past when they discovered this amazing place. After the tour we had some time in Aguas Calientes to get some really good food and take a look the small village before taking the train back, where our driver was waiting for us to bring us back to our hotel. Would recommend this company to all my friends and family. They bought all the tickets for us and gave them to us the evening before. Also the guy explained everything very well. Thank you so much would do it again!!!

When Service Goes Beyond Expectations
I highly recommend this private Tours for the incredible support they gave us during our trip from Cusco to Machu Picchu. What truly sets them apart is their dedication and personal care. Christian from the tour company came to meet us at the hotel the night before our trip. He reassured us, patiently explained the situation, and made sure we felt supported. His calm and professionalism made a world of difference. Despite the difficult circumstances, this private Tours went above and beyond to coordinate logistics. It was clear they were working tirelessly behind the scenes to make it happen. Thanks to their commitment, we were able to experience the magic of Machu Picchu without additional stress. You truly see the quality of a company and this private Tours proved to be reliable, compassionate, and exceptionally professional. If you are planning a trip in Peru, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing them. Their service goes far beyond expectations, and they genuinely care about their clients.

A fabulous excursion
A well organised excursion. We were met the day before with the company who ran through the itinerary with us and provided all our tickets for the various stages of the trip. All the staff were very friendly and professional. Our guide was Julio and he was very knowledgeable. Thoroughly recommend.

Why this scores 69
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Machu Picchu Full Day Tour by Train : Private Guide - All Inclusive: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.
How much does Machu Picchu Full Day Tour by Train : Private Guide - All Inclusive cost?
+
Prices start at $286 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Machu Picchu Full Day Tour by Train : Private Guide - All Inclusive take?
+
Plan for about 14 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.
Is Machu Picchu Full Day Tour by Train : Private Guide - All Inclusive worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 150 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Machu Picchu Full Day Tour by Train : Private Guide - All Inclusive?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Machu Picchu Full Day Tour by Train : Private Guide - All Inclusive suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 4. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 14-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Machu Picchu Full Day Tour by Train : Private Guide - All Inclusive?
+
Around 53 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 14-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Machu Picchu Full Day Tour by Train : Private Guide - All Inclusive start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cusco?
+
On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Peruvian Cooking Class Cocktails and Market Tour in Cusco, Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cusco?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cusco?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
