We had an incredible experience visiting Machu Picchu with Joel! His English was clear and easy to follow, making the entire tour smooth and enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable about Inca history and brought the ancient city to life with detailed context, fascinating facts, and answers to all our questions. Machu Picchu Circuit 3 Peru Trekkers
Communication with the company was not great. Was supposed to have circuit 2 tickets but then ended up with circuit 3 tickets. However, the actual day with our guide was great. Joel was amazing and was very knowledgeable about the history of Machu Picchu. Would recommend Joel as a guide but the companies communication needs some improvement
