DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!
Do not waste your money on Diamond Transfer & Tours if you’re expecting the private experience they advertise. Our group paid $3,000 for what was sold as an exclusive private catamaran charter. We were promised a two-story catamaran with a slide, open bar, buffet lunch, private transportation, secluded beaches, and the flexibility to depart around 10:00 AM. I have emails and WhatsApp messages where the company repeatedly confirmed all of this, including that a 10:00 AM departure “would not be a problem.” The night before our excursion, close to midnight, they suddenly recommended an 8:00 AM pickup. I explained that this wasn’t possible because it was such short notice and everyone in our group had already gone to sleep. They never told us that keeping our agreed-upon departure time would mean losing the private catamaran we had already paid for. Instead, we were put on a small speedboat that looked nothing like the boat they advertised. We assumed it was simply transportation to the marina, but it turned out to be the boat used for the excursion. After we complained, we were placed on a crowded shared catamaran with other guests for the return trip—completely defeating the purpose of paying thousands of dollars for a private charter. Looking back, it seems the reason they suddenly pushed for an 8:00 AM pickup was because they intended to put us on a shared excursion instead of providing the private charter we had purchased. The company later claimed our original boat had been used for another tour, but they had repeatedly confirmed our reservation and never warned us beforehand that we would lose the private experience if we kept our agreed pickup time. Had we been told that, we would never have boarded. The problems didn’t end there. We also paid for private airport transportation. On the day of our departure, we were told the driver was only a few minutes away. Then we were told the driver was stuck in traffic and were advised to take Ubers to the airport instead. Because of this, our group was scrambling at the last minute and we came dangerously close to missing our flight. This was another service we paid for that was not delivered as promised. When I requested a refund because the services we received were materially different from what was advertised and confirmed, the company refused, claiming everything had been “successfully completed.” I have emails, WhatsApp messages, and photos documenting what was promised and what was actually provided. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you’re paying for a private excursion, make sure you get everything in writing and be prepared for the possibility that the service delivered may not match what was promised.

Drinks
Cosy hotel, high service and extremely nice bar. Ronaldy makes all the difference in the service, with attention to the details and great drinks suggestions.

Diamond Transport is a scam
Paid upfront for airport transfer. They never showed up. Didn't respond to messages until the next day. Explained they made a mistake. Didn't refund. Stay away.

Good Service, Check Baggage
Everything went well, but we had a little misunderstanding with the luggage space, as we were five people with many bags. However, the driver was very helpful and looked for a way to accommodate everything without problem. The ride was comfortable and safe.

Why this scores 44
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Luxury Transfer between Punta Cana Airport and Uvero alto Hotels: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Punta Cana.
How much does Luxury Transfer between Punta Cana Airport and Uvero alto Hotels cost?
+
Prices start at $99 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Punta Cana usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Luxury Transfer between Punta Cana Airport and Uvero alto Hotels take?
+
Plan for about 0.8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Punta Cana is not rushed.
Is Luxury Transfer between Punta Cana Airport and Uvero alto Hotels worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 44 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Punta Cana, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Luxury Transfer between Punta Cana Airport and Uvero alto Hotels?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Luxury Transfer between Punta Cana Airport and Uvero alto Hotels suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Luxury Transfer between Punta Cana Airport and Uvero alto Hotels?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Punta Cana can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Punta Cana and add a light layer if any part of the 0.8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Luxury Transfer between Punta Cana Airport and Uvero alto Hotels start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Punta Cana within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Punta Cana?
+
On Outty we rank every Punta Cana experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Punta Cana Zipline - 8 lines and a suspenseful hanging bridge, Punta Cana Buggy or ATV Tour with Macao Beach, Cave and Tastings, Buggy Excursion to Macau Beach and Natural Cave. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Punta Cana?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Punta Cana?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
