They charge me 100 more Euro one day before service, forwarded already my address of the hotel 6 months at least prior then they realized far from the airport , they should NOT charge me more, the read my booking 6 months prior

All bookings are carefully reviewed approximately two days before the scheduled transfer. In your case, the hotel you provided appeared to be associated with both Rome and Civitavecchia. The transfer you purchased was from Fiumicino Airport to Rome city centre, which normally takes approximately 40 minutes. Only later was it confirmed that your actual destination was Civitavecchia, which is more than an hour and a half from Fiumicino Airport. Since our transfer prices are calculated according to the distance and destination, the fare for Civitavecchia is necessarily different from the fare for central Rome. When we identified the issue, we offered you the possibility of cancelling the transfer. However, you chose to keep the booking and pay the additional difference required for the longer journey. We genuinely regret that this situation caused you inconvenience or discomfort. Nevertheless, the additional charge was not arbitrary, but simply reflected the actual distance and destination of the transfer. We believe that checking the booking details and applying the correct fare is important both for the customer and for us, in order to ensure transparency and fairness for everyone. Giorgio texted his arrival and was front and center with a sign so it was easy to see him. He took both of my suitcases and had us out of the airport 15 minutes before our original reservation time. Great experience!

Driver left us at Rome Airport
The line to get through Customs at Rome Airport was very long and I relayed this information to the driver but he would not wait and would not respond further to my communication. I requested a refund from Viator but they would not provide my money back. We ended up hiring a driver on our own.

During this time, we made several attempts to contact you by both phone and WhatsApp, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response. Without being able to communicate with you, the driver had no way of knowing your exact location or coordinating the meeting point. For future transfers, we kindly recommend turning on your mobile phone as soon as you land. This allows our driver to contact you immediately if needed and ensures a smooth and timely pickup. We also strongly recommend downloading and using WhatsApp before your trip. In Rome, free Wi-Fi is available in many areas of the airport and throughout the city, allowing you to communicate with us even without mobile data. Alternatively, if you prefer not to use WhatsApp, please make sure your phone is switched on and able to receive calls after landing.
