An Extraordinary Day with Wonderful People

From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience. The coordination was perfect, and the team made us feel safe and cared for. Our guide explained the ancient history of Sakkara and Memphis before taking us to the majestic Great Pyramids. The views were surreal, and we had plenty of time for photos. I appreciated how the guide shared not just facts but also stories about the culture and people of Egypt. Lunch was tasty, and transportation was very comfortable. I’ll remember this day forever one of the best tours I’ve ever done!

Breathtaking, Educational, and Fun!

This tour is a dream for anyone curious about ancient Egypt. We visited the Great Pyramids, the Sphinx, Memphis, and Sakkara each site had its own unique charm. Our guide was a walking encyclopedia of Egyptian history but also made everything fun and easy to understand. The car was clean, and the driver was very professional. We even got to ride a camel near the pyramids, which was unforgettable! I loved learning how the Step Pyramid was the beginning of Egypt’s architectural genius. This tour truly covers everything you need to see!

The Best Way to Discover Ancient Egypt

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The tour was well-planned, combining all the must-see sites in one full day. Our guide shared incredible stories about how the pyramids were built and explained the religious meaning behind the temples. Visiting Sakkara first was perfect you understand the evolution before reaching the Great Pyramids. The guide also took amazing photos for us! Everything was comfortable and safe, with good communication from the start. I left feeling inspired and amazed by Egypt’s history. I’d absolutely recommend this to everyone visiting Cairo

A Day Full of History and Heart

We booked this tour with Great Pyramid Travel, and it exceeded all expectations. Our guide was not just knowledgeable but also kind and patient, answering every question with enthusiasm. We started at Sakkara to see the Step Pyramid, then Memphis for the ancient ruins, and finally the stunning Giza Pyramids and Sphinx. What made this tour special was the personal touch we felt like friends, not just tourists. The car was modern and comfortable, and lunch was delicious. If you want to explore ancient Egypt with genuine people, this is the perfect tour!

Luxury Private Pyramids and Cairo 2 days: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Giza.

How much does Luxury Private Pyramids and Cairo 2 days cost?

+

Prices start at $300 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Giza usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Luxury Private Pyramids and Cairo 2 days take?

+

Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Giza is not rushed.

Is Luxury Private Pyramids and Cairo 2 days worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 17 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Giza, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Luxury Private Pyramids and Cairo 2 days?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Luxury Private Pyramids and Cairo 2 days suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Luxury Private Pyramids and Cairo 2 days?

+

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Giza can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Giza and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Luxury Private Pyramids and Cairo 2 days start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Giza within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Giza?

+

On Outty we rank every Giza experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Pyramids Sphinx Camel ATV Bike Shopping and Nile Dinner Cruise, Cairo 8 Hour Private Tour of Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum, Pyramids Sphinx and Grand Egyptian Museum Nile Felucca or Bazaar. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Giza?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Giza?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
