Two days in Egypt with TourMate 10/10
Amr was amazing! I booked two full day tours with TourMate and both were wonderful. - Giza and GEM - Citadel, NMEC, and Khan el-Khalili Market Everything was so easy from hotel pick up in the morning right through to drop off in the afternoon. I didn’t really know anything about Egypt before coming here so it was great to have someone that knows so much show me around and answer any questions I had. Booking everything direct with TourMate in the months leading up to my trip was really easy and communication was great. Amr was super helpful and responded quickly, even with my questions unrelated to his tours, like helping me when my airport hotel transfer was a no show 🙈🙈 He also organised a Nile river cruise for me - including transport - on short notice when I had some spare time one evening. I only had limited time in Egypt this trip - but whenever I come back with more time I’ll be reaching out to TourMate 🫶 I would definitely recommend TourMate and Amr.

Amazing trip and exceptional guide.
This was my first time in Cairo, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Egypt. I spent two incredible days with Amr, who showed me the Pyramids, the new Grand Egyptian Museum, and many other beautiful places around the city. From the very moment I stepped into the car, I felt like I was traveling with a good friend rather than just a tour guide. Amr is incredibly honest, patient, and excellent at what he does. His knowledge of Cairo, Egypt, and its ancient history is absolutely vast and fascinating. On top of that, his English is so flawless that I honestly had the impression I was speaking with an American! The logistics of the trip were perfectly organized. We traveled across Cairo in a very comfortable car with our wonderful driver, Muhammad. One of the most refreshing aspects of booking with Amr was his absolute transparency. The price we agreed upon was the final price—no hidden surprises, no unexpected fees, and absolutely no unpleasantness. In fact, within the agreed price of the tour, Amr even took care of the food and paid for it himself! They also provided my transfer to the airport at a price four times cheaper than what other online transport companies were offering. Amr was extremely polite and accommodating throughout the entire trip. He proactively offered to take pictures of me at various sites, and he did so with true professionalism—the photos turned out amazing! I will definitely return to Cairo in the future, and without a doubt, I will be using Amr's services again. A Trip of a Lifetime with TourMate
We traveled to Egypt in June 2026, and from the moment we landed until our final goodbye, TourMate took care of every detail. We spent 10 days traveling with Amr and our two drivers, visiting Cairo, Giza, Luxor, Aswan, Abu Simbel, Abydos, and Dendera. Throughout the trip, Amr made sure everything ran smoothly. He is incredibly knowledgeable about both ancient and modern Egypt, and he was always patient, kind, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile to make our trip unforgettable. One of the sweetest surprises was a birthday cake he arranged for me one evening. It was such a thoughtful gesture and just one example of the personal touches that set him apart from the many guides you could choose. Some of our favorite memories weren't just the incredible temples and monuments—they were the drives between destinations. Those hours gave us time to talk, laugh, share stories about our families and lives, and really get to know each other. We arrived in Egypt expecting a tour guide and drivers, but we left with lifelong friends who are now part of our family. Amr is truly special.
