Sold as a "VIP luxury yacht," experienced as mass processing – plus pressure regarding the feedback form! The MTS employee on-site was Ismail at the Jaz Makadi Oasis. We booked a snorkeling excursion through MTS Group at our hotel, which was explicitly sold to us as a VIP experience on a luxury yacht. Practically nothing of what was promised to us during the sales pitch was fulfilled. Chaotic start: We were picked up and driven to a harbor – the boat was simply not to be found there. We waited for over 30, more like 40 minutes in the blazing heat, without information and without an alternative. After that, we had to wait for the minibus again and were driven for about half an hour to another, smaller harbor. The excursion therefore began with well over an hour of pure waiting time and driving around. The "luxury yacht": The boat that awaited us there was visibly run-down and rusted in several places. This had nothing whatsoever to do with "luxury" – that is not a matter of taste, but simply a false description of the product. The snorkeling stops: At both locations, there were so many boats packed closely together that they were tied to one another and anchored. We sometimes had to dive under the ropes just to get into the open water at all. Due to the crowds and the many people in the water, there was hardly anything to see of the reef. There was no sense of an exclusive or even just a relaxed experience. The "private island": Here, too, pure mass processing. Swimming was only permitted in a narrowly restricted area; otherwise, there was nothing there. It had nothing in common with the advertised VIP character. The photographer: During the excursion, a photographer came on board and took pictures of the guests without asking—without anyone being informed about the costs beforehand. In the end, about 170 to 200 euros were demanded for this. I find such a procedure unprofessional; a price should be stated before the photo is taken, not after. Handling of criticism—for me, the most serious point: After the excursion, the accompanying MTS employee distributed feedback forms. We honestly filled out what did not go well, including the problems with the pickup and the schedule. Following that, the employee came back to us and asked us to cross it out again because he would otherwise get in trouble with his boss. To me, this is not a customer satisfaction survey, but a targeted suppression of criticism—the ratings for this provider are therefore no longer meaningful to me. No functioning complaint process: At the hotel, I wanted to officially submit my feedback. The MTS employee referred me to the front desk. The front desk explained to me that they only had feedback forms for the hotel, not for the tour operator, and sent me back. When I returned, the employee had already disappeared. So there was simply no way to file a complaint in an orderly manner. Conclusion: We paid for a VIP experience on a luxury yacht, but we got an overcrowded standard excursion on a rusty boat, combined with organizational failure, a hidden photo rip-off, and an attempt to have our criticism removed from the feedback form. A clear non-recommendation. Anyone who wants to go on a snorkeling trip should book directly with a provider that has transparent services and verifiable ratings.

Incredible multi-day excursion in Hurghada with MTS
MTS Global have given us the most memorable, exciting and spectacular holiday whilst in Hurghada. The attention to detail has been second to none, and everything was organised perfectly from start to finish, including excellent transport to and from each excursion. Our first trip was a jeep, quad bike and dune buggy experience in the desert. The staff gave us an amazing experience and really made sure we could have plenty of fun! Next, we met Mustaffa at the Rooftop Terrace Bar and Naz Cabaret at the Serry Beach Resort, and he made sure that was another brilliant experience. Finally, we went on the most incredible yacht tour with Mahmoud, who made sure we had an amazing time, along with all the other staff and crew. We went snorkelling on the coral reefs, spotted dolphins, and relaxed on the island – it was unforgettable. Again, I can’t thank all the staff enough for such a brilliant time. Nothing was too much trouble, and everyone was fantastic. If you are looking for a tour operator you can trust, feel safe with, and have an exciting time with, then I wholly recommend MTS and all the team. Huge thanks from Nick, Paul and Dan

Unforgettable experience the Team At MTS really looked after us all week Husseini and all the guides were brilliant, their communication was 100% and they couldn’t do enough for me and my family. They organised all our trips including VIP boat trip which was well worth every penny, the Aquarium and a free trip down into Hurghada. They were always on time and very accommodating with extra things we wanted to do. The guides English was brilliant and the transport was clean air conditioned and all drivers were very safe. We would highly recommend MTS
