Luxor - Marsa Alam transfer

The trip lasted 6 hours. The driver was very tired toward the end and when we gave him a €20 tip to thank him, he clearly showed his dissatisfaction. It's a shame because we had already had him as a driver during our two days of sightseeing in Luxor. He was very kind, friendly, and drives very well.

Since he does not speak French and this was simply a transfer without a tour guide accompanying you, it is possible that the language barrier led to a misunderstanding. It is also possible that his behavior was interpreted differently from what he actually intended. Our drivers are never allowed to discuss tips or have conversations of that nature with our guests. We have a very strict policy regarding this. If they encounter any issue, they are required to contact us directly rather than discuss it with our guests. Nos chauffeurs ne sont jamais autorisés à discuter des pourboires ni à avoir ce type de conversation avec nos clients. Nous appliquons une politique très stricte à ce sujet. S'ils rencontrent le moindre problème, ils doivent nous contacter directement plutôt que d'en parler avec nos clients. Great experience with Go Luxor Tours. Transfer from Luxor to Marsa Alam (4 hours) booked two months before and the day before we were advised that there would be a car upgrade. Young driver very professional, nice and available to make stops for photos along the way

Last minute transfer Luxor - Marsa Alam

We were looking for a transfer from Luxor to Marsa Alam. It took only a few minutes after my request via the website to get a reply and a direct contact with the team. Mike did organize everything in a swift and very professional manner (caution: 24h are needed to get the transport permit). Service is first class and pricing competitive. Again, special thanks to Mike who has been helpful and very kind.

Good trip in a spacious and clean van

Superb exeperience with this company. They contacted us to organize the transfer from the start. They are really available by messages. They sent us all details to find the car. The vehicule was clean, modern, with a lot of space and the driver really professional. All the trip was good. One thing to improve maybe : explain that the stop points for Coffee or food are more expensive than in the city and that also if you don't buy anything, you have to pay for the toilets. It will be great to have this info in advance to prepare better.

Regarding your concern about the rest stop (Food, drinks and coffee stop), lets make it clear first, that you wanted this stop and you were not forced to stop at this place. You compare their prices with downtown prices meanwhile they are on a highway, providing you a service at the middle of now where! so their prices will be slightly higher than downtown, which is expected! We kept following up with you via phone during your trip and you mentioned this, we asked if anyone forced you to buy/drink anything, you answered no! About using the toilets, you should have already known this since it's a typical thing at all historic sites/rest stops if any wanna use a clean toilet. (not big money tho, talking about 10EGP less than 40 cents! ).

A comfortable drive through the desert

It was a very nice and comfortable drive. We were picked up punctually at our hotel and felt safe the whole time, overall a great experience.
