Corinth Canal
Corinth Canal connects the Gulf of Corinth in the Ionian Sea with the Saronic Gulf in the Aegean Sea. It cuts through the narrow Isthmus of Corinth and separates the Peloponnese from the Greek mainland, arguably making the peninsula an island. The canal was dug through the isthmus at sea level and has no locks. It is 6.4 kilometres (4 mi) in length and only 21.4 metres (70 ft) wide at its base, making it impassable for many modern ships.

Acrocorinth
Acrocorinth, "Upper Corinth", the acropolis of ancient Corinth, is a monolithic rock overseeing the ancient city of Corinth, Greece. With its secure water supply, Acrocorinth's fortress was repeatedly used as a last line of defense in southern Greece because it commanded the Isthmus of Corinth, repelling foes from entry by land into the Peloponnese peninsula. Acrocorinth is one of the best places to visit in the Peloponnese for travelers with an adventurous spirit and curious nature. Great viewpoint and place for photos.

Ancient Corinth (Archaia Korinthos)
Your visit to Ancient Corinth brings you to one of the most significant cities of early Christianity. Positioned on the strategic isthmus connecting mainland Greece and the Peloponnese, Corinth thrived as a major center of trade, culture, and religion in the ancient world. Apostle Paul spent more than 18 months here, as documented in the Acts of the Apostles, establishing a vibrant Christian community. His letters to the Corinthians, later included in the New Testament, addressed the moral and spiritual challenges faced by the early Church and remain foundational to Christian teaching. A highlight of the site is the Bema (judgment seat), where Paul is believed to have stood before Proconsul Gallio. Standing here offers a direct and moving connection to Paul’s mission, where biblical history comes vividly to life.

Great sites and spa experience to relax afterwards
Georgos and Ionnis are a great company to deal with. They worked out every detail of our day very well. Our guide Georgos was an amazing guide very kind and informative and took us to each location. We only had to text him when we were on our own and he and his Mercedes van was there within 2 minutes. We highly recommend this company! We booked only the night before and they were there on time! We even received a gift of Greek Olive Oil and treats as a Thank you which we really appreciated and will enjoy! I would not hesitate to use them again.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Always at your service.

A Great Trip way to get out of Athens and relax
Giorgos was an excellent guide he showed up early in a brand new Mercedes van. On the way to Corinth he gave us some tidbits about Greece, Athens and our other stops. We were able to stop in every place and one place was more beautiful than the next. We stopped at the Corinth Canal first and we were fascinated by how it was carved out of sheer rock back in the late 1800s. The rest spot was the nicest one that we have ever been to. We continued on to the Corinth acropolis which had a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains, sea, and towns. If you are older or not in great physical shape I would suggest skipping it for more time in Ancient Corinth, because it is a steep and rocky climb but we were in shape enough to handle it and it is well worth the climb. Ancient Corinth was interesting and has Biblical History. St Paul himself preached there and we saw the spot. The museum there was really good. Georgio gave us information about each stop before we got there. The last stop at the spa was relaxing. The main disappointment is that there was no hot tub and the water was cold in the outdoor pool but it was otherwise nice. We had a snack at a restaurant in town near the spa and all I had to do was text Georgio we were picked up within a minute or two! Over all I would highly recommend this company and experience. It was very well planned choreographed by Ionnis and Georgio

Loutraki Thermal Spa and Ancient Corinth Private Full Day Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Athens.
How much does Loutraki Thermal Spa and Ancient Corinth Private Full Day Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $161 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Athens usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Loutraki Thermal Spa and Ancient Corinth Private Full Day Tour take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Athens is not rushed.
Is Loutraki Thermal Spa and Ancient Corinth Private Full Day Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Athens, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Loutraki Thermal Spa and Ancient Corinth Private Full Day Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Loutraki Thermal Spa and Ancient Corinth Private Full Day Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Loutraki Thermal Spa and Ancient Corinth Private Full Day Tour?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Athens can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Athens and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Loutraki Thermal Spa and Ancient Corinth Private Full Day Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Athens within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Athens?
+
On Outty we rank every Athens experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Athens Scenic Bike Tour with Regular or Electric Bike + Acropolis, Athens Small Group E-Bike Tour, Acropolis E-bike Tour With Entrance Tickets. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Athens?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Athens?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
