Loch Ness with hot chocolate and a nip
Really well organised proper tour experience. Malcolms commentary was great. The standouts (apart from being on the beautiful Loch Ness in calm weather) were the staff. From check in to the crew serving yummy hot chocolate (with a nip) the staff were helpful, polite and very professional.Clean and plentiful toilets on board. I’d have given 5 stars had the hot chocolate with a nip been part of the 30 odd quid per person price.

A Wonderful time on the Loch Ness with Jacobite Cruises!
Had a great day on the Jacobite 2-hr cruise! We were lucky enough to have a beautiful Fall day without a drop of rain plus, a heatwave at 50 degrees! We sat in the front of the boat on deck… it was very chilly so bundle up if you want to sit outside on deck but, our chills were taken away by a delicious hot chocolate with a nip of whiskey in it! That did the trick! Enjoyed some Scottish snacks of Haggis crisps, and other treats! Didn’t see the real Nessie in the Loch but, bought a lil tartan stuffed Nessie! The guide was very informative. The entire experience was a delight! Highly recommend! Only issue to plan for is getting there to the departure dock. Took a taxi from Inverness to the Jacobite departure point about 5 miles outside of Inverness at Dochgarroch, then luckily got on the Hop-on-Hop-Off bus to get back to Inverness.
Response from the operator: Many thanks for your wonderful review. It's great to hear that you enjoyed yourself so much. When the sun shines, autumn really can be the most beautiful time to see the loch, as well as a great excuse to indulge in a Highland Hot Chocolate!

Great start to explore Loch Ness
This boat tour was ideal to start our stay around Loch Ness. In 2h we had a lot of info about the Loch and it's history. The guide was a good storyteller.
Response from the operator: Thanks for your five-star review. It's great to hear that you enjoyed the cruise and the stories provided by the on-board guide. We hope to welcome you to Loch Ness again some day.

A must do!
Great experience! Nice facilities. Good drink and snack options on the boat. Great tour guide with helpful and interesting commentary throughout the trip. Beautiful scenery! Plenty of seating with enough for everyone to sit inside if it’s cold or raining! Plenty of parking and nice gift shop and cafe at the pickup/dropoff location! Would definitely recommend to experience Loch Ness!

+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Inverness?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
