    A Wonderful Experience

Alessia was an amazing host! This experience was unique and personal, as she invites you into her family home on the Sorrento hillside on a beautiful property with a beautiful view. Alessia speaks English very well and has a great sense of humor. The time is very relaxed and the recipes that we prepared resulted in a wonderful lunch for the three of us. I enjoyed the experience very much and I am very glad that we put it on our agenda. Ciao! I’m off to buy a pasta machine!

    Best Cooking Class in Italy

This had to be the best cooking class we have ever taken. The location was stunning. Alessia was an outstanding host.We started our class with a champagne toast and the day just got better and better with everything she set out for us. Music was playing to a beautiful back drop of scenery. The limoncello making was fantastic. The fried pizza experience was unbelievable. We laughed , danced and had the very best time. This is a tour you do not want to make.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much :-)

    Beautiful farm to table vibe

First we were picked up to ascend to the mountain top farm cuz taxis do not go up there. The ride was thrilling and harrowing as per usual in Italy the street is incredibly narrow. We were greeted by Alessia. We drank wine she produced on her farm, from there everything we made and ate she produced. From the olive oil to zucchini for the pasta sauce to the lemon cello to orange and limes Alessia grows. We had many laughs as we made pasta, made the sauce, tiramisu, drank the wine, then dined seated outside overlooking the farm hillside while the sunset. Alessia is a generous host and we enjoyed every minute of this evening. Highly recommend.
