Florence transportation from Liverno
Long bus ride and longer walk but I think these were to be expected for Florence. It was exactly as promised. Jaida was Excellent.

Taxi Ride
Not very organized. The drop off was a ways from downtown and difficult to find for the return. Thankfully I had my GPS working. The tour guide, though very nice, was hard to understand due to her heavy Italian accent. The timetable to get us back to the ship left no room for error but a big plus to the bus driver who took our group directly to the ship with 40 minutes to spare. This was pretty much a taxi ride - little information about Florence.

Rushed Tour
While our tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable, he (Frederico) raced us through Florence and then brought us to a restaurant for the last 1.5 to 2 hours. We expected to see Florence and not sit in a restaurant. Lastly, I thought our ticket included a visit to see David. It did not.

The bus transit to/from Florence was good, comfortable bus and operated on time. It was a bit challenging to find the right tour company and bus as there was no “Viator” signage and nothing on our reservation that told us which operator to find.
