great experience worth the money!
Excellent experience. It may not be cheap but it's well worth the cost to visit Devil's pool. Very good communication through WhatsApp. Drivers were friendly and on time. Only thing to bear in mind is they provide towels so no need to bring yours which was very good

Incredibly challenging to...
Incredibly challenging to work with. Had travel delay with local buses and issues with rescheduling. 0 flexibility or understanding from the operator. Ended up losing my money and booking a separate tour due to the issues. The location and view with other group was incredible, but this group did nothing to try and make the event happen for me after booking. They just took my money and said no refund and no scheduling flexibility. Strongly encourage you to consider another tour group.
Response from the operator: It's unfortunate that this narrative is over exaggerated. Yes there were delays here and there from bus operators which isnt part of our operations. In terms of refund, we outline categorically that the client did the activity and records are there to attest to that. We appreciate all the support from our esteemed clients and our approach towards operations is holistic. We regret the turnout of events and we look forward building a solid relationship with all clients based on trust and transparency.

I Do Hundreds of these Tours - This is BEST EVER!
From start to finish, one of the most professionally run tours I've ever been on. Everyone from Drivers to guides to the staff who brought our delish breakfast post-pool, are WONDERFUL! But of course, the real thrill of this is getting in the water at the top of the falls in Devil's Pool! It's just a smooth-as motor boat ride, then a little tip-toe across some rocks, and a safe swim through shallow water following a rope, and you're there! Words can't explain the wonder and excitement (and yes - little bit of fear) you feel as you near the edge! But your guides have got you covered. If you want to, you can grab the rim and lie flat (tummy down) as the guides hold your ankles. They said to me: 'Now go out a little more until you see the bottom!' I said: 'I can see the bottom! I can see the bottom!' (But really, I couldn't see the bottom!) Folks in my group after me were MUCH braver, one taking out his own Go-Pro and asking the guides to help him spin onto his back on the edge so he could take a selfie! And he really could see the bottom! There are heaps of laughs to be had on this tour, and all while getting the heart rate up, and marvelling at one of the Earths True Wonders! It's so exhilarating! Totally Recommend!
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for this motivating review. We greatly appreciate your continued support. Without you, our valued clients, we wouldn't have achieved this milestone. Thank for your patronage and we look forward to your next visit.

Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Livingstone can sell out a month out.
