Title: Enger didn't feel like a butler – he felt like family 🤍 Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I had to sit down and write this one with a full heart. From the very first moment we stepped into Live Aqua Punta Cana, exhausted from travel and not knowing what to expect, there was "Enger" with the warmest smile and the kindest eyes. He welcomed us like we were old friends coming home, not just another room number. And from that day on? He just got us. I have some anxiety around travel and specific needs – nothing crazy, but enough that it usually takes days to explain to hotel staff. Enger listened once, remembered everything, and made it all happen without me ever having to ask twice. He respected our time, our space, and somehow always showed up exactly when needed – not a minute too early or too late. He followed up on every little thing – our dinner preferences, ad other stuff. That's not service. That's heart. Enger, – thank you for making our vacation feel safe, seen, and special. You're one of the reasons we're already planning to come back. To anyone booking Live Aqua Punta Cana: ask for Enger. And then be ready to be spoiled by one of the kindest humans in hospitality. 💛

What a difference a waiter can make.
Amable Waiter French Restaurant Amable is a fabulous waiter who elevates every meal with his knowledge of cuisine and attention to detail. He made sure everything was prepared just the way we liked it, always with grace, a gentle smile, and the utmost professionalism. Even with my dietary restrictions, he always found thoughtful recommendations so I could enjoy my meal without worry. On my 61st birthday, he went above and beyond—setting up balloons and candles to make the evening incredibly special and memorable.

Celebrating my birthday at Live Aqua
How can I put into words how amazing my experience was at Live Aqua!! This is truly the definition of a resort!! Everyone was wonderful and spoke to us and were so helpful! Concierge greeted us with tea and from there the drinks were flowing! (Shout out to Jonathan and Jaycen) Overall, the resort itself was beautiful, clean, and smelled amazing! The room was spacious and private! My friends had issues with their door and LA immediately sent out someone to fix the door which needed a battery replacement. The food was pretty good as well! My recommendation is the Italian restaurant Sospiro. Mmmmm! I definitely am recommending this place to anyone who reads my review!! The only set back was a waiter near the entertainment area who was rude. I ordered a drink and changed my mind, she flat out told me “NO” brought me my drink anyway and never waited on our table again. Then when I went inside to use the restroom, she was at the bar and she rolled her eyes at me. (For Live Aqua purposes, this was on Sunday, March 9 when she worked). Because I was having a wonderful time, it was easy for me to rise above and ignore her.
