Very Interesting
This is a great way to understand the Cuban culture in Miami. It's a bit of history and a lot of culture. Our tour guide provided very interesting facts about her family experience. Excellent tour!

Unforgettable Experience
I had such an amazing experience in Miami, and the one thing that stood out to me was the Little Havana Tour like dulce de leche on top of my flan. Darine is an incredible tour guide with incredible charisma and extensive knowledge of history, food, and culture. If you're in town for the day or on vacation, I highly suggest booking a tour!! 10/10 Argentino Approved 👌🏻

Tour didn’t take place/refund in process
We hit tons of traffic due to multiple wrecks on our route to the starting point. I reached out to our tour guide about 1050/1045 for our 1100 tour letting him/her know we might be about 5min late. Let them know we could catch up with the group if they had left the monument/starting point, to please just let me know who to look for (gender/clothing/name, etc) No response back. Turns outs we drove right by the monument at exactly 11 & no groups were visible there. I messaged the tour guide again asking for a text or call back so we could find him/her and begin/join the tour. Still no response back. By the time we parked across the street and walked over it was 11:05 but no one there & no groups walking in route to the 1st stop on the itinerary. Never-the-less, we walked the 1st few stops of the route to search for the tour: domino park, the bakery, the cigar shop and back. And then repeated again desperate to find our tour. At the bakery I inquired with the staff if a morning tour had passed through yet, she said they do generally stop there as the itinerary stated but she said no tours had been by yet that morning. We decided to stay there for a bit and hopefully join them when they arrived. Waited about 10min & nothing. I called the phone number provided with the booking info, and it went straight to voicemail which I did leave. About 11:40 we finally decided to just leave little Havana all together since no communication back. I ended up requesting a refund later that afternoon. Was hoping someone would reach out and just reschedule us for another time and/or day during our stay. Rather the communication back is that a refund is being considered and a decision will be made in 1wk and seems to be an automated response. Seems to me the tour guide never showed & the tour just never took place. I understand unexpected things happen, illness, transportation issues, etc. but the communication has been rather poor…..and we were so looking forward to our tour! I’ve booked several times through this site on various trips w/ always an excellent experience (including a boat tour just the previous day) so this was unexpected and very disappointing. Depending on how the refund process goes and any future communication back, I could form a different opinion of the whole ordeal, but as of present things seem in limbo and I’m not sure I would book again on this platform.

Why this scores 64
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Little Havana Walking Tour with Optional Lunch or Rum Upgrade: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Miami.
How much does Little Havana Walking Tour with Optional Lunch or Rum Upgrade cost?
+
Prices start at $49 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Miami usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Little Havana Walking Tour with Optional Lunch or Rum Upgrade take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Miami is not rushed.
Is Little Havana Walking Tour with Optional Lunch or Rum Upgrade worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 25 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Miami, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Little Havana Walking Tour with Optional Lunch or Rum Upgrade?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Little Havana Walking Tour with Optional Lunch or Rum Upgrade suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Little Havana Walking Tour with Optional Lunch or Rum Upgrade?
+
Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Miami can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Miami and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Little Havana Walking Tour with Optional Lunch or Rum Upgrade start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Miami within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Miami?
+
Miami splits between the water and the neighbourhoods. Biscayne Bay boat tours, Key Biscayne snorkelling and Everglades airboats cover the first, while Wynwood mural walks, Little Havana food crawls and South Beach deco tours cover the second. We rank Everglades operators carefully: many depart from Miami but the good ones run their own boats rather than reselling seats. On Outty we rank every Miami experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 2 hrs Miami Private Boat with Cooler, Ice, Bluetooth Stereo, Little Havana Food and Walking Tour in Miami, Miami: 2 Hour Private Yacht Cruise. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Miami?
+
November to April, dry season, before hurricane and humidity months. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Miami?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
