Asked to pay for not being able to get it
I don’t understand why yesterday was holiday, but we were not told some sites were closed when was booking? Doesn’t it mean we were asked to pay something which was known by you that we were not able to get it? Also I wish the guide would be able to introduce a bit the sites visiting, and communicate clearly upfront of the routes.
