What you'll see and do
The morning starts with a morning coffee to at “Terrua” coffee shop with a brief explanation about the coffee in Peru. After powering up is time to start our bike ride.

In the BuenaVista Cafe we can try "chicha morada", a traditional non-alcoholic drink from Peru made from purple corn, which is one of the many super foods we have, combined with some fruits, cinnamon and cloves. We will also include an empanada.

Miraflores Boardwalk
Is time to enjoy the "Malecón de Miraflores" this is an area with very iconic places such as "El Parque del Amor" or "El Faro de la Marina". Also from here the view of the Pacific Ocean is incredible.

Barranco
Barranco is known as the bohemian district of Lima, here we can enjoy the urban art while riding our bikes. We will also make a stop at the old "Juanito" tavern where we can try a delicious "butifarra" with Peruvian country ham.

Then we will continue to the Surquillo market, where we will taste different local fruits, where the most outstanding is the lucuma, the best way to consume it is in smoothies and desserts.

Before finishing the tour there is one more stop at a local restaurant. Our friends from "Mar Adentro" will prepare us a delicious ceviche. This is one of the most representative dishes of Peruvian food made with fish marinated in lemon juice accompanied by onion, corn, chili, etc.

Very good experience
Very good experience, they are four hours but they spend super fast trying typical foods, knowing places, exercising and learning with our guide Alina who is a genius, super recommended experience

A pleasant way to be introduced to the upscale areas
It was a pleasant ride along the bike trail on the Bluffs of Miraflores and in Barranco. It made for a nice introduction. The snacks were not particularly memorable, except the excellent empanada at the restaurant on the Bluffs. The app told us to meet in a location that was incorrect. We were actually supposed to meet at the bike shop on the outer part of the Inca Plaza. I think it was called gogo bikes. Had we known this it would’ve been much less stressful getting started. Our tour became a bit rushed because we went overtime. I don’t think the Guide managed the time well because in the beginning We lingered way too long at several stops. There were only two of us with him. He was very informative and had lots to share. We particularly loved visiting the fruit stands at the end of the tour. Navigating the traffic can be tricky, but mostly we were on the bike trail or side streets.

A great time!
Loved it! Really great food choices and a really great bike ride along the ocean cliffs. The guide was super nice and taught us a lot about the area, our foods, and the coffee especially.
