    Vipac was Top!!!

Vipac took care of everything for me in Peru. From airport transfers to tour guides in cities and archaeological sites. I highlight the guide Gabriel who led me to the Sacred Valley on a private tour for two days. Gabriel gave me a real history lesson! In addition to being extremely kind, speaks Portuguese fluently and makes beautiful photos! Another guide who helped me a lot in Machu Picchu was Ronaldo and also made great records. I recommend Vipac!

Equipe VIPAC Travel

Excellent transfer from airport to hotel.

I met Johnathan as I came out of Customs. We went straight to the vehicle. Johnathan spoke English and the driver spoke some English. They gave insights to Lima as we passed significant sights on the way to the hotel.

Response from the operator: It’s great to hear that your arrival and transfer were smooth and well coordinated, allowing you to start your trip in a comfortable and relaxed way. First impressions matter, and we’re glad the journey to your hotel included a helpful introduction to the city. We appreciate your feedback and hope to assist you again during your next visit to Peru. VIPAC Travel Team

    Incompetent and unprofessional

Worse service ever! Booked a service for 8 people they showed with a car for one. They were completely incompetent and unprofessional unable to fix their mistake. I had to book with another company after 45 minutes waiting for them to fix the problem. They still charged me even when it was their mistake! Terrible

Response from the operator: Dear traveler, We sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced and understand how frustrating this situation must have been for you and your group. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to deliver. Please accept our deepest apologies for the logistical error and the delay in resolving it. We are currently reviewing what went wrong to ensure this does not happen again. Your feedback is being taken seriously, and we would appreciate the opportunity to investigate this case further and clarify the charge you mentioned. If you haven't already, please contact us directly at tours @ vipac.travel so we can address this matter personally and find a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Lima, Cusco and Machu Pichu with VPac were all incredible

Our schedule was packed tight and the most reliable aspect of the entire stay was VPac guides. We flew into Lima at 5am, VPac was waiting for us. Cusco at 8am, VPac was there. Our flights were early out of each city were early, VPac was there and took us as far as they could into the airport to make sure we knew where we were going. No one in my family speaks Spanish and it was not an issue with the guides. In the cities we had local guides with VPac that were fantastic (Christian in Lima, Lila and David in Cusco, Jorge in Quito). They were each local to the respective cities and all very knowledgable. We were put with local guides for other experiences (James in Machu Pichu and Abdol in Cusco) and they were also fantastic. Wonderful experience, highly recommended.

Lima Airport Arrival Transfer for small groups: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lima.

How much does Lima Airport Arrival Transfer for small groups cost?

    +

Prices start at $189 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lima usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Lima Airport Arrival Transfer for small groups take?

    +

Plan for about 0.8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lima is not rushed.

Is Lima Airport Arrival Transfer for small groups worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 20 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lima, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Lima Airport Arrival Transfer for small groups?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Lima Airport Arrival Transfer for small groups suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Lima Airport Arrival Transfer for small groups?

    +

Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lima can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lima and add a light layer if any part of the 0.8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Lima Airport Arrival Transfer for small groups start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lima within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Lima?

    +

On Outty we rank every Lima experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Premium Paracas & Huacachina Day Trip from Lima with Sunset Toast, Paracas and Huacachina Exclusive Sunset Picnic Tour, Paracas & Huacachina Premium Experience from Lima. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Lima?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Lima?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
