These passes can be frustrating. To minimize frustration, make lists that prioritize the things you want to do most to least, times of operation - what venues are only open during the day versus late at night, and plot the points on a map so you scoop up whatever is in close proximity, to eliminate backtracking. Our favorite part, was doing things that we would’ve never paid individually for, and it’s very possible, to get full value, and then some from the pass. It was very confusing, that some venues demanded prior reservations, and others said you were not allowed to make prior reservations, you just had to show up (meaning, I assume, that the Go City pass had low priority, and if the show was sold out, you weren’t going to get in - we did get in though). Being successful with the pass, requires a lot of reading. I feel like it’s deceptive of Go City, to say that your pass starts at the time of your first attraction. But then the time really has no bearing, because your days are not 24 hour days. They are calendar days. So our first attraction was the “Piano Man” show, which started at 6:30 at night, so our two day pass was really only 30 hours. We weren’t able to do a couple of items, because lightning stopped the attraction. So take weather into consideration, if you are trying to decide to buy a pass, or not. Las Vegas has so many broken escalators, so you can get very, very worn out, trying to get from place to place. And trying to get an Uber on the Las Vegas strip has challenges. There is perhaps not anywhere on the strip, or at least very, very few places, that you can just hop in a rideshare directly on the street, and a lot of the Uber pick ups for the hotels are in the parking garages, so you can feel pretty confused as to where you’re supposed to be. We couldn’t get an Uber to get to one show, so we kind of had to run, and barely got there before it started. These incidental stresses can get to you. Our pass included a generous food allowance, with very good food, so that made it very valuable to us. It is very important, to accept, that you likely will not get everything done that you wish. That’s just the nature of traveling. With all these listed frustrations, you may be surprised that we rated the pass higher than you might expect. We are experienced travelers, and accepting of some frustrations, and we did get more out of the past than we paid for it. And like I said, the food was very good! That made up for a lot of sins, which is a pun in Vegas, right? lol

Saved SO much $$$ and did a ton of different experiences.
We purchased the 5 day pass for our family of 4. We planned each day out to maximize the use of the passes. If you look at the map on Tripadvisor, it will show where each activity is located. If we had purchased each ticket individually, it would have cost us over $800, but we paid about $325 per ticket. We certainly could have done even more activities. So much to do and an exceptional value! We used rideshares to start at some of the areas. Do not buy from viator, choose go city directly
The pass expired a day earlier, which caused disturbance to my whole experience. When I reached out to viator they did not help me out and were suggesting it was non-refundable. Go city also admitted it was a mistake to end the pass earlier but did nog help as the pass was purchased through viator.

Disappointed, do not buy from viator, they won’t help with any problem
I purchased 4 day pass from viator and my pass was need a day earlier. Both viator and go city agreed that pass was activated a day earlier. But go city suggested they can’t refund as it was purchased from viator. And viator suggested they cannot refund as it was non- refundable. My main question is if sale terms are not met how does the non- refundable tag be applied? Just but from go city app at least and not from visit as you would not be provided any assistance.
