A Ruined End to Our Wedding Night

My wife and I booked this limo for our wedding night, and unfortunately it was the most disappointing part of an otherwise perfect day. I had been in communication with the company for weeks leading up to the wedding, confirming our guest count and planning our post-ceremony limo tour. We were excited to celebrate with our family and friends, but the experience was nothing like what was promised. The biggest issue was that the air conditioning did not work. In Las Vegas heat, the inside of the limo became unbearably hot. It wasn’t just the AC either—several of the windows wouldn’t operate, some of the interior lights didn’t work, and the limo looked like it had been in service for decades with very little upkeep. It honestly felt like we were riding in a vehicle that should have been retired years ago. The conditions were so uncomfortable that I asked the driver to skip the tour entirely and take us straight back to our hotel. We paid for a celebration after our wedding and instead spent the ride trying to get out of the heat as quickly as possible. What disappointed me even more was the response afterward. Rather than acknowledging the issues or offering any reasonable compensation, the company showed little interest in making things right. “ But did you at least have fun at the club” was more insulting then the service Mechanical problems can happen, but how a business responds says everything. Unfortunately, they chose not to stand behind their service. I can’t recommend this company for anyone’s special occasion. had fun but a lot of logistical hiccups

Not amazingly organized. The limo was beautiful and had tones of space. The driver did not provide music options (we had to use a phone and stream through a passengers pandora). The driver had limited communication or engagement with us. She attempted to drop us off at the wrong club at the end of the drive. We did not get a VIP entrance experience and had to talk our way into the club after showing the tickets and several conversations with multiple staff from the club.

Regarding the music in the limo, most groups usually prefer connecting through Bluetooth and playing their own playlists so everyone can enjoy the music they personally like. That’s why the vehicles are set up for guests to stream directly from their phones. As for the drop-off location, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. From what we understand, that appears to have been an honest mistake by the driver. If there was any confusion during the ride, we would have gladly stepped in to help coordinate the correct location right away. Regarding nightclub entry, our package includes complimentary guest list admission to a top Las Vegas nightclub. We do want to clarify that VIP entry was not included or advertised as part of the package. However, we’re sorry to hear the check-in process was not as smooth as expected, and we understand how frustrating that can feel during a night out. We appreciate the positive comments about the limo itself and we also share your feedback internally within the team to help improve the overall guest experience moving forward.

I don't know where to begin, the evening was so incredible! The organization was perfect, the driver picked us up earlier than planned at our request! They did everything they could to make sure I got the right color limousine! A huge thank you! The driver really did a fantastic job with the music playlist. It was truly amazing!
