TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NEVER USING THIS SITE AGAIN. Paid 119.00 to chose 4 options in vegas, none worked at the sites.
Not good, don't do it! Can't get in touch with anyone to get a refund either. Not cheap and not worth the headache of not working!
Response from the operator: Sorry to hear about your experience, we understand how frustrating that must have been. Please contact us at reviews@gocity.com with your booking details so we can investigate this further. Thank you for your feedback.

Beware of the money back promise the site advertises
Beware of the refund policy before you buy. In order for them to reimburse you any amount you did not save using the pass, you have to scan the pass at least 3 times a day. I bought an extra day on my travel day thinking it would be no big deal because their website says they will refund the difference if you didn't save money. Big mistake. I only used about $100 worth of events and ended up paying triple the price buying the 4 day pass. Very disappointed and will not be buying the multi-day passes again.

Poor customer service
Having only done four attractions on the first day. Come the second day we couldn't use it due to myself being taken to hospital around 9.30am. They offered me a 10% refund of a 371 dollars paid so 32.80. I've contacted my bank to escalate this. Will not use them again.
Response from the operator: Hi there,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t able to use the rest of your pass and that your experience didn’t meet expectations. If you wish to share more about your experience, please kindly contact us at customerfeedback@gocity.com so we can look into this further.

Huge disappointment at the Eiffel Tower
We registered for the Eiffel Tower Viewing on the same day of our visit, as required. Our group of seven had planned this as the highlight of our final evening in Las Vegas. When we arrived, we were unexpectedly told the attraction was closed for maintenance. This was a major disappointment for all of us — especially since this was our last night before flying out early the next morning. We had no prior notice, and by the time we learned about the closure, it was too late to replace it with another attraction. We were left without one of the experiences we paid for.
Response from the operator: Hi There, We're very sorry to hear the Eiffel Tower Viewing was unexpectedly closed during your visit. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially on your final night in Las Vegas. While maintenance closures can happen, we regret that you weren’t notified in advance and couldn’t plan an alternative. Your feedback is appreciated and will help us improve communication around such events. Regards, Ayaz

Why this scores 39
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Las Vegas Explorer Pass: Top Things To Do including Hoover Dam: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Las Vegas.
How much does Las Vegas Explorer Pass: Top Things To Do including Hoover Dam cost?
+
Prices start at $59 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Las Vegas usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Las Vegas Explorer Pass: Top Things To Do including Hoover Dam take?
+
Plan for about 24 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Las Vegas is not rushed.
Is Las Vegas Explorer Pass: Top Things To Do including Hoover Dam worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 39 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.2/5 across 132 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Las Vegas, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Las Vegas Explorer Pass: Top Things To Do including Hoover Dam?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Las Vegas Explorer Pass: Top Things To Do including Hoover Dam suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 24-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Las Vegas Explorer Pass: Top Things To Do including Hoover Dam?
+
Around 46 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Las Vegas can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Las Vegas and add a light layer if any part of the 24-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Las Vegas Explorer Pass: Top Things To Do including Hoover Dam start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Las Vegas within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Las Vegas?
+
Las Vegas sells two trips at once: the Strip after dark, and the red-rock desert that starts twenty minutes past the last casino. Helicopter runs to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam half-days and Red Rock Canyon drives all leave early, while show tickets, speakeasy crawls and high-roller dining fill the evening. Outty Ranking weighs operator reliability heavily here, because the gap between a well-run desert tour and a coach-and-queue version is enormous. On Outty we rank every Las Vegas experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small Group: Valley of Fire Half Day Tour from Las Vegas, Small Group Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, 7 Magic Mountains VIP Tour, Grand Canyon West, Hoover Dam Stop, Breakfast, Lunch & Skywalk. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Las Vegas?
+
October to April. Summer highs above 105F make midday outdoor tours punishing. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Las Vegas?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
