Incredible, MUST DO Private Boat Tour For Family of 6!
My family of 6 just returned from a fabulous vacation in St. Lucia and had the pleasure of taking a full day private boat tour with Captain Vincent and first mate, Kani (pronounced Can-eye). We got picked up at the dock of the resort we stayed at, The Landings, and enjoyed a lovely 45ish minute boat ride towards the town of Soufriere. The crew were so great about telling us about the community, beaches and landscapes that we passed so we could take it all in! Once in Soufriere, Kani escorted our group to a taxi van and took us to the Sulphur Springs, Torraile Waterfall, the Diamond Botanical Gardens and finally lunch with a tremendous view of the Pitons. This took the rest of the morning through around 2PM. After, we got back on the boat and snorkeled off of Sugar Beach for about an hour and enjoyed some beach time. The full day was 9-5 and we feel like we packed in as much as we could! I can't recommend this tour group enough! St. Lucia is not the easiest island to get around by car or shuttle so if you have the flexibility to book a private boat tour, DO IT!

Overall great experience. Reasonable price and fun day from beginning to end.
Trip was great. Had a very good day. Didn’t feel rushed. Tour guides were a blast as well as very knowledgeable about all of the places we visited. Well worth the cost. Which wasn’t over priced by any means.
Response from the operator: Thanks for the 5-star review! We're so glad you had a wonderful day and enjoyed spending time with our guides. It’s great to know you found the experience to be well worth it. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Excellent!
Amazing speedboat trip arranged by Captain Vincent!! We had a trip down the coast taking in the waterfall and sulphur baths which were in their own right wonderful experience but the highlight was the fabulous company of captain Rasta D and 1st mate Jessie! These guys made the trip for us, very informative and great fun to be with!! Totally recommend this trip!!

Your strong recommendation means the world to us and to the entire crew. Captain Vincent sends his thanks for the shout-out and is so pleased you had a memorable day. Great choice to go with Captain Vincent and a local guide.
Captain Vincent was fantastic to work with, and the entire crew was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our day exceptional. They went above and beyond at every step. You don’t have to worry about trust or being scammed—they run a professional, reliable operation from start to finish. The ride can be a bit rough at times if you’re prone to motion sickness, but that’s simply the nature of the ocean and not a reflection on the crew. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended. We also had Captain Vincent arrange a private car for shopping, a tour, and lunch, and the entire experience was seamless. Our driver was friendly, reliable, and truly made the day enjoyable. The lunch at Aunt Ju’s was the best food we had on the island. We’re grateful for how well everything was organized and for the genuine care put into making our trip memorable.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for taking the time to share this wonderfully detailed and thoughtful 5-star review. We are overjoyed to read about your exceptional experience, both on and off the water. Captain Vincent and the entire crew are truly dedicated to creating seamless and memorable days, so hearing that their attentiveness and commitment stood out means the world to us. Your acknowledgment of our professionalism and trustworthiness is deeply appreciated—we strive to be a reliable and straightforward partner in your adventure, so thank you for that validation. We also sincerely appreciate your understanding regarding the ocean conditions; your perspective is both fair and kind. Thank you for highlighting that as well. Furthermore, we're thrilled that the extended shore-side arrangements with our trusted driver and the lunch at Aunt Ju's hit the mark! We love helping guests craft a perfectly coordinated day, and it's fantastic to know every element, right down to the best meal on the island, contributed to your enjoyment. It was our genuine pleasure to organize everything for your group. Thank you for placing your trust in The Real Deal Boat Tours. We are so grateful for your recommendation and would be delighted to welcome you back for another seamless adventure anytime. Warmest regards, The Real Deal Boat Tours Team

Why this scores 75
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Land & Sea Adventure to Soufriere/Snorkelling/Mudbath/Lunch: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Castries.
How much does Land & Sea Adventure to Soufriere/Snorkelling/Mudbath/Lunch cost?
+
Prices start at $690 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Castries usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Land & Sea Adventure to Soufriere/Snorkelling/Mudbath/Lunch take?
+
Plan for about 5.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Castries is not rushed.
Is Land & Sea Adventure to Soufriere/Snorkelling/Mudbath/Lunch worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 75 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 110 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Castries, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Land & Sea Adventure to Soufriere/Snorkelling/Mudbath/Lunch?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Land & Sea Adventure to Soufriere/Snorkelling/Mudbath/Lunch suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Land & Sea Adventure to Soufriere/Snorkelling/Mudbath/Lunch?
+
Around 39 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Castries can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Castries and add a light layer if any part of the 5.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Land & Sea Adventure to Soufriere/Snorkelling/Mudbath/Lunch start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Castries within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Castries?
+
On Outty we rank every Castries experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include ATV Tour in St Lucia, St Lucia Highlights Tour, Waterfall and Beach Safari in Santa Lucia. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Castries?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Castries?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
