An absolutely wonderful experience
An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! ✨ Paradise Grand truly exceeded my expectations. The suite was absolutely stunning and just as impressive as promised, with incredible views and a beautiful, comfortable space to enjoy the journey. The entire team was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the cruise. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of, which made the experience feel very special and relaxing. The food was also a real highlight — every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and served in generous portions. There was always plenty to enjoy! A special thank you to Chio, who went above and beyond to make my stay even more unique and memorable. His kindness, attention and warm personality really made a difference, especially as I was travelling solo. And a big thank you to Jennie as well for her wonderful explanations during the different activities and excursions. She made every experience even more interesting and enjoyable, while helping us discover the places we visited in a really engaging way. From the beautiful landscapes of Ha Long and Lan Ha Bay to the incredible service, food and activities, every detail contributed to an unforgettable experience. Thank you to the whole Paradise Grand team for making this cruise such a special memory. I would absolutely recommend it and would love to come back! ✨

First Cruise on Ha Long Bay
Very nice experience on the ship! Food was delicious and service was superb. The Guides and the Staff were really friendly, especially our Server Hieu was very nice :) We would definitely go again.

Best Cruise Experience on Halong Bay
This was fabulous. World class. And extremely professional. Shout out to Mr. Owen for being super helpful and ensuring we do a safe Kayaking experience. Also was a great support for Quid Fishing. Overall the product is extremely value for money and highly recommended. The best Cruise on the beautiful Halong Bay. Thank you so much team Paradise Grand for this forever beautiful memory that can been created in my heart. Will cherish forevermore. Lots of love from India. Paradise grand cruise 6616 experience
⭐ A Wonderful Experience with Excellent Service We had a fantastic experience overall! Jennie and Truang provided excellent service throughout the tour. Their explanations were clear and easy to understand, and we really appreciated how they communicated the information in English. They were friendly, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable. The food was also amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony that added to the overall experience. The only part that we felt could be improved was the cave tour. Compared with some of the other island experiences we’ve had, this particular package was slightly less impressive. We would have enjoyed it more if there had been more interesting information about the cave, additional scenery to see, or more areas to explore. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable trip, especially thanks to the great service from Jennie and Truang. We would definitely recommend the experience and hope the cave tour can be enhanced in the future!
