We had a great experience! The customer service was exceptional! Sarah and Jack were outstanding! They were fun and focused on meeting our needs before we even knew our needs! We appreciated them so much! The chef was amazing, as well!

An amazing time and experience. Reasonable admission fee for the length of our stay and accommodations. 3 days 2 nights. Fully embraces Vietnamese culture and hospitality in the backdrop of the scenic Ha Long and Lan Ha Bays with excursions to caves and Cat Ba island. Not crowded on board, with multiple levels to relax, lounge, and be present in a serene atmosphere. Best for both 1 night and 2 night stays, potentially even longer. The entire staff was amazing and accommodating, particularly Tom and Ashley who spent the most time with us.

Great experience
Beautiful luxury experience with breathtaking scenery and attentive staff. Views from the rooms are unmatched. The mix of activities and relax time was just right. Jack was our activities guide and was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Highly recommend doing the 3D2N stay to get the full experience.

2 Night Tour
Great style spacious boat with pool, room with balcony. The itinerary is as per the description with daily tours, village trip, cycling and canoe. The guide was great on the days out and no pressure to get involved, but it’s all included so worth doing. Overall it very good, the included food was well presented and varied, the staff courteous and friendly and everything very clean. Many thanks to Jay and Ashley for all the support and service.
