Perfect Tour of Lake Lucerne
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Switzerland. The flexibility to customize the day made it feel much more personal than a typical tour. Every stop offered incredible scenery, from the breathtaking views atop Rigi to the beautiful lakeside villages and the unforgettable ride on the cog and gondola. Everything was well organized, and Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the day run seamlessly without ever making us feel rushed. If you’re visiting the Lucerne area and want to experience several of its most iconic destinatio, I highly recommend this tour. It was worth every minute and created memories we’ll never forget.

Simply the best, better than all the rest….
Had the pleasure of 2 days with Chris, with stops all across Switzerland. Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Chris is an exceptional guide - he combines encyclopedic knowledge of the country and all the sites to see with wit, humor and charm. Chris was also extraordinarily helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. Even though not part of his job, he recommended a great spot for sunset cocktails as well as a top restaurant based on our group’s preferences. He even called the restaurant to make the reservation for us. Truly above and beyond the call of duty. I am excited for my next visit to Switzerland and seeing more of the country with Chris. Would give him 10 stars if I could.

A Lot in a Day!
wonderful day with Typically Swiss Tours in the comfort of a minivan in Lucerne. Chris picked 6 of us up in Basel and guided us to Lake Lucerne boat launch and met us at the end to travel up Mt Rigi. the views from the cog rail were amazing and glad some of our group walked to the top. Saw quite a bit in one day and all the info Chris gave was interesting and he personalized the trip to what we wanted to see. Research TST!

From Towering Mountains to Serene Lakes and Everything in Between Chris Delivers a Magical Swiss Experience
We arranged to spend a day with Chris to travel from Engleberg to Zurich with plenty of sites along the way. We saw traditional glass blowing in a town along Lake Lucerne, we explored the old town of Lucerne and sat along the lake to have a snack between seeing the covered bridge, the lion statue, the chocolate stores and the delicious bakeries. Chris was full of energy and knowledge to share, telling us interesting stories about each place. We also went up to the top of Mt. Rigi and saw the gorgeous view from above. He was very responsive about our wants and needs throughout. His new van is beautiful and comfortable and he is a safe driver. I enthusiastically recommend Chris. From the moment we began planning weeks ago to when he delivered us to our hotel he was exceptionally responsive and detail oriented and a pleasure to spend time with. Thanks Chris!
