Tour of lake Louise/ snowshoe
Scott was our snow shoeing tour guide and he brought a young lady named Sarah from the office with him. Both were amazing, Scott was very friendly knowledgeable about the area and activities, he made the trip very fun Sarah was very friendly and kind very easy to talk to I would recommend this tour and if you can pick a guide ask for Scott
Response from the operator: Thank you for your review! Sara is new with us in an operations role, glad to hear she also excels in the field! We will pass on your kind words to the team. We appreciate your recommendation.

Great afternoon. Highly recommend
Had a wonderful afternoon with our guide Nicolas. He was chatty and informative, caring that we were well looked after, assuring about arriving on time for our booked activity at the Lake. Wonderful surprise of hot chocolate and maple biscuits before heading home. I would recommend this tour company for a good experience. Communications were prompt and helpful. Vehicle was modern and clean and the driver was attentive and safe and friendly.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear Nicolas took such good care of you, and that he was able to make your experience in Lake Louise that much more special

A glorious hike on a very cold day!
A glorious hike on a very cold day! We absolutely loved our snowshoe hike around and across Lake Louise with our guide Scott. Knowing that tours can be unpredictable depending on your group and leader, we were thrilled to get the perfect outdoor experience between our ski days with a guide that that knew his stuff and didn’t shy away from leading us on the experience we hoped. We highly recommend this great half day excursion. -Andrew & Gail
Response from the operator: Hi Andrew & Gail, Thank you for your review! We appreciate you taking the time to submit your impressions of the day, and will pass along your kind words to Scott.

Memories to last forever
We had a fantastic time with Sam visiting Lake Louise. The winter wonderland was breathtaking. Also, getting to experience the fun of snowshoeing for the first time was a memory we will cherish. The soft white snow under our feet and the views of forest and mountains as we hiked through the trees was amazing. Thank you so much Sam for being such a friendly and knowledgeable guide. We would definitely recommend this trip to friends.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your review and for your recommendation! It makes our day to hear that Sam made the trip so much more memorable for you. We will pass on your kind words to Sam, and hope you can join us for a future adventure in Banff

Lake Louise Winterland from Banff: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Banff.
How much does Lake Louise Winterland from Banff cost?
+
Prices start at $83 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Banff usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Lake Louise Winterland from Banff take?
+
Plan for about 4.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Banff is not rushed.
Is Lake Louise Winterland from Banff worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 29 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Banff, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Lake Louise Winterland from Banff?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Lake Louise Winterland from Banff suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 8. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 4.5-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Lake Louise Winterland from Banff?
+
Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Banff can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Banff and add a light layer if any part of the 4.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Lake Louise Winterland from Banff start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Banff within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Banff?
+
On Outty we rank every Banff experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and the Icefields Parkway Full-Day Tour, Hop-On and Hop-Off Banff Bus, ShuttleBus 2way Banff to Lake Louise (1Hr) and Moraine Lake (1Hr). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Banff?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Banff?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
