Unprofessional and seemed unsafe--too crowded
Unprofessional and awful service..Did not stop to allow swimming..The boat was crowded with various folks of different countries with limited safe seating.The meal was not up to Italian quality..Pre-cooked pasta with a marginal tomato sauce--took one fork of it and spat it out..The guide English was very poor but fortunately my Italian was better than his English. He had a microphone but did not use it so it was impossible to hear or understand what he described..Really extremely poor service..We paid more online than the posted price outside the boat, as well....there were better potions than this lake tour.

Si può scegliere se stare sulla terrazza panoramica, internamente, a prua sui comodi cuscinoni o anche più vicino alla guida se si desidera. La sosta bagno viene confermata in condizioni meteo/lacustri favorevoli e sicure per i nostri ospiti; ci dispiace anche a noi dover annullarla. Le assicuriamo poi che la pasta non è precotta anzi, riceviamo spesso complimenti per il piatto servito; il nostro staff lavora sempre con il massimo impegno per servirvi al meglio. Cordiali saluti

Disappointing and beware
It seems like this is a great trip if all goes well and beyond disappointing if not so it’s a gamble you have to take. Our trip was altered due to the lake being more choppy which is completely valid and stated before booking as a possibility. However, nowhere upon booking did it say that the duration of the tour could be changed, which ours unfortunately was and was cut short by 80 minutes and the swim wasn’t included. Additionally when we booked it stated this was in case of unexpected weather, however the forecast had not changed so there was also an opportunity to warn us before we set off which they did not. We did request compensation for that as nothing about duration is in our booking terms, only content, but were told no without apology and the company then changed the terms and conditions on the website following this. That’s good as warning to others but felt deceitful to us to have it changed after we had attended and to pretend it was there the whole time (I copied down the T+Cs before the change was made so know that it was not). For context - there were many boats out on the lake and we were told the area of the lake we were on was safe so there was no explanation as to why we couldn’t safely stay out in that area instead of returning early. What we got to do of the tour was lovely, the guide was really informative although you can’t hear them well when you’re not sat near them, so if you’re interested in that element you do have to sit in the first few rows as a heads up. The views are stunning. The meal is a pasta in tomato sauce which was simple but fine. Honestly it was really let down by the lack of compassion and poor customer service following - I would be really wary if you have saved up like we did for it and do encounter a day where the gamble hasn’t paid off, as you’re then paying for a service that just won’t be provided so I would recommend keeping that in mind when making a decision to book. I’m sure it’s value for money if you actually get to fulfil the itinerary, but it’s far from if not.

Il tour è stato accorciato di circa 40 minuti, durata approssimativa della sosta bagno, per motivi di sicurezza legati alle correnti lacustri. Non sempre la stabilità del meteo è legato solo alla pioggia ma anche alle correnti e al vento. Vengono prese decisioni dallo staff per garantire la sicurezza a bordo e dispiace molto anche a noi quando non si riesce a realizzare parte del tour. Il testo nella descrizione è stato parzialmente modificato per renderne ancora più esplicito il significato; ci dispiace abbiate male interpretato l'intenzione. Siamo felici che siate rimasti soddisfatti delle conoscenze della nostra guida e che il pasto vi sia piaciuto.

Would not recommend Lake Garda Cruise from Peschiera
Went on the Lake Garda Cruise from Peschiera 4 hour trip It was highly disappointing and only toured for nearly half the time it was advertised without any alternative offered for the remaining time. The lunch was a kids menu pasta and tomato sauce. No swim offered as advertised. The captain stated he wasn't happy with the current, safety first, I get it although there were boats and swimmers all around us. Why not offer an alternative location to see or swim instead of cutting the tour early by nearly half without any compensation offered either. The money spent on the taxi to get to the boat alone was expensive that's before the cost of the boat trip. If they told us beforehand I wouldn't have gone. I'm not one to complain but this was a huge rip off for what I thought would be a special moment for myself and my son now leaves a sour taste. You don't want to hear my young sons review it's worse than mine!

Unfortunately, due to unfavorable weather conditions, we were forced to skip the swim stop and therefore reduce the duration of the tour, returning to port approximately 45 minutes earlier than scheduled. We would like to emphasize that the captain deemed it necessary to return and modify the program solely to ensure the safety of guests and staff on board. Our primary concern is for our guests to return satisfied and happy from the tour. The size of the vessel, the structure of the lake bed, and navigation regulations do not allow us to safely stop anywhere for a swim stop; knowledge of the lake's currents is essential to allow 60 people to swim in the middle of the lake. A Pleasant Boat Ride Around Part of the Lake - Nothing More Sadly.
The planned morning trip was on and off throughout the morning due to the weather. That meant sitting in bar opposite until the crew deemed it safe due to the nearby lightening. We did receive text message and updates so that was helpful. The tour started with reasonably informative commentary but quickly disappeared to the occasional note of where we were. It was a simply a boat ride around the lower half of the lake; pleasant but we were not the better for it. Food was provided, a simple bowl of pasta and tomato sauce, unlike some of the travellers' photos - were they from the local restaurants rather than the boat?!?
