Amazing experience even...
Amazing experience even when you’re scared of heights. Guides were super nice and explained everything very well. Leave your phones and cameras in the lockers, their photographer is absolutely amazing and all the photos and videos taken was $35 US for 2 of us. We went at the end of September and got lucky that it was just the 2 of us and the guides. Also, you get rewarded with a really tasty lunch!

Book this trip!
Hands down best thing we did all week! It was worth every penny. As stated, it was a longer tour, but most excursions are. The ride out was perfect because you can get to talk to your guides and other people in your group. That is half the fun, meeting people from all over the world! We had three families total in our group and the most amazing staff from the office staff, the drivers, photographer to every guide helping us along the way, including Mal. Felt safe, adventurous and took some of us out of our comfort zone, but definitely one of the most talked about after activities we did while in CR. :) The ride back was perfect, most of the van was napping after such a fun trip before having a delicious lunch, smoothies and watching your photos on the display. Would 100 percent say - book it!!

13 adults, most first timers
Went with 13 adults , most of which are NOT very brave adventurers and they all had a blast!!! There were some tears in the first rappel due to fear and nerves but once they did it, they were so proud of themselves and said they wanted more!!!Mauricio and crew were the absolute kindest and most fun tour guides! My favorite part was the last BIGGGG jump!

Great experience but please read
We did the waterfall rappelling. It was beautiful and an amazing experience, however please note a few things. You will be doing rock climbing. Wear hiking shoes that can get wet. You are connected to harness. Wear comfortable shorts that go to knees. I hurt myself on the last jump bruising my tailbone. Important if you do the last jump which I believe is 32ft. Be sure you have proper form pencil diving. Or you WILL hurt yourself. The instructors were fun and great. I wrote this review to prepare others as the description of where I booked did not have these details. Hopefully I can help someone else prevent injury. Overall it was a great experience. Just wish the instructors would have gave a lesson on proper form hitting the water at 25-30 mph. Enjoy!

Great for adventurous teens
1 adult and 2 teenage boys ages 13 & 15, was one of the highlights of the trip for the sense of adventure, unique experience, jungle environment, and fun guides! Variety of types of rappelling kept it interesting. We watched YouTube videos of the two big companies to compare and the boys thought this one looked cooler. Communication via Whatsapp leading up to the trip was very efficient and answered all questions very quickly! We had one younger child back out at the last minute and they were extremely kind and understanding about it and fast to do a refund. I liked that there were multiple time slots to pick from. Pick up and drop off was efficient. Meal provided delicious. Kids were exhausted after this though and were happy to come home and relax and not have to go onto another tour.
