Tour of the workshop that continues the Hiroshima brushmaking tradition
It was a wonderful tour, full of wonderful Japanese brush making skills, detailed work, passion of craftsmen and many other things. It conveyed my desire to firmly carry on the skills that craftsmen have cultivated for a long time and leave them for the future. I hope many people will come and see the beauty of Hiroshima's brushes and experience its traditions. Although the place is a little far from the center of Hiroshima, I think it is fun to take a walk through the cityscape and the peaceful village scenery.

Experience Japanese as an adult
Visit the world-famous Kumano brush workshop. I had never visited the place, even though it was famous, and I knew nothing about it. The entrance is filled with ornate brushes. They said they could leave not only weasel and goat hair but also pet and human hair as a memorial. I was able to see a number of craftsmen combining their skills to make a number of detailed processes. The calligraphy experience is a special experience in a Japanese-style room with a very three-dimensional Ranma. I was able to have a Japanese experience that I had forgotten. Many people were involved, and I was reminded to take care of things, not just brushes.
Response from the operator: この度は熊野筆ツアーにご参加頂きありがとうございました!!この体験を通じて熊野筆について様々な事を知る機会を作れました事を大変嬉しく思います。また物を大切にするきっかけになりひた事も大変嬉しいコメントです。是非また熊野にお越しください!

The Art of Hiroshima Brushes
I had the opportunity to see how Hiroshima’s traditional brush-making culture is preserved through the careful work of skilled artisans. It was truly impressive to watch each craftsperson perform every step with such precision and dedication. I was also deeply moved by their strong commitment to passing on the techniques and spirit that have been handed down through generations. I hope many people will visit and experience this wonderful tradition for themselves. Although it is a little difficult to get there by public transportation, I believe it is well worth the trip.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Hiroshima?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Hiroshima?
