Batu Caves
Batu Caves is a mogote with a series of limestone caves in Gombak, Selangor, Malaysia. It is located about 13 km (8.1 mi) north of the capital city of Kuala Lumpur. The cave complex contains many Hindu temples, the most popular of which is a shrine dedicated to the deity Murugan. It is the focal point of the Tamil Hindu festival of Thaipusam in Malaysia. The complex also hosts a 43 m (141 ft) high Murugan statue, one of the largest Murugan statues in the world.

KL Tower
The Kuala Lumpur Tower (Malay: Menara Kuala Lumpur; Jawi: منارا کوالا لومڤور), colloquially referred to as KL Tower, is a 6-storey, 421-meter-tall (1,381-foot) telecommunication tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is the world's seventh-tallest tower. It features an antenna which increases its height to 421 metres (1,381 ft). The roof of the pod is at 335 metres (1,099 ft). The rest of the tower below has a stairwell and an elevator to reach the upper area, which also contains a revolving restaurant, providing diners with a panoramic view of the city. Races are held annually, where participants race up the stairs to the top. The tower also acts as the Islamic falak observatory to observe the crescent moon which marks the beginning of Muslim month of Ramadhan, Syawal, and Zulhijjah, to celebrate fasting month of Ramadhan, Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Aidiladha. The tower is the highest viewpoint in Kuala Lumpur that is open to the public.

National Mosque (Masjid Negara)
The National Mosque of Malaysia (Malay: Masjid Negara Malaysia; Jawi: مسجد نݢارا مليسيا) is a mosque in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It has a capacity for 15,000 people and is situated among 13 acres (53,000 m2) of gardens. Its key features are a 73-metre-high (240 ft) minaret and a 16-pointed star concrete main roof. The umbrella, synonymous with the tropics, is featured conspicuously – the main roof is reminiscent of an open umbrella, the minaret's cap a folded one. The folded plates of the concrete main roof are a creative solution to achieving the larger spans required in the main gathering hall. Reflecting pools and fountains are spread throughout the compound. Completed in 1965, the mosque is a bold and modern approach in reinforced concrete, symbolic of the aspirations of a then newly independent nation.

Istana Negara
The Istana Negara (English: National Palace; Jawi: ايستان نڬارا) is the official residence of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (King of Malaysia). It is located along Jalan Tuanku Abdul Halim (formerly Jalan Duta) near Taman Duta, northwestern Kuala Lumpur. The palace opened in 2011 and replaced the old Istana Negara which was located at a different compound in central Kuala Lumpur. The palace complex has an area of 97.65 hectares, 22 domes, and is split into three main portions: the Formal Component, Royal Component and Administration Component.

Independence Square (Malay: Dataran Merdeka) is a square located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is situated in front of the Sultan Abdul Samad Building. It was formerly known as the Selangor Club Padang, or simply the Padang (meaning "field" in Malay), and was used as the cricket green of the Selangor Club (now the Royal Selangor Club). A driver to take you to the sights of the city
A driver for the day to take us to the main highlights of Kuala Lumpur. He was not a guide as such but he gave us sine information. He allowed us to choose what we wanted to visit then took us to a ticket office. He seemed a bit disappointed that the only ticketed place we wanted was the Menara. We did not want yo go to the aquarium! We were unable to get tickets to the Menara because we needed 24 hours notice. The company had been in touch a few days before so maybe they could have mentioned that. He took us to a Chocolate Factory which was a shop and also a Batik Textile workshop which was really interesting and we bought some fabric. He was great for easy drop off and pick up. We just messaged him when we were ready. It was an invaluable thing to do in the heat and when you are short of time but be prepared to read your own guide alongside.
