    Great day out

December 30th 2025 Did this tour yesterday & had the most fantastic day out. 13 hours from pick up to drop off. Tour exactly as described. Tour guide was called Ziggy, he was really organised & really professional. Our bus driver was Raphael & kept us comfortable & safe. Would definitely recommend this tour & this company.

Unprofessional Tour guide and poorly organised day trip

This is my first review and I would not usually write one however the bad experience I had with this company I felt like I needed to follow this up to warn other people. The Tour started off well we were picked up early, everything was fine information was given to us and although not very clear we were told of our the days plans. All was going well until we got too Zakopane cancel cart... The qué was over an hour getting in and we were just huddled into a huge que with no organisation. Our tour rep Margarita told us to give it 30 mins on the ay down however the qué back down was over an hour and we were told the bus would be leaving without us so we decided to descend down the mountain on foot as we wouldn't have time (i wouldn't recommend doing this however due to time and ques needs must) safe to say our clothes were filthy and were binned when we got in due to the amount of times we slipped over on the way down 🤣 Safe to say a lot of us missed the bus and we were told to get a taxi to the term baths which cost around £40 when we got there Margarita gave us the wrong location to meet which caused another 30 minute delay which cut into our time at the Thermal baths. There was no apology from Margarita just a very cold reply saying "another tour operator would have just blocked and left you" This now leads into the worst part ... On the way back my partner got a message from getyourguide who we booked through and in the current state of mood we were in being wet damp and exhausted from coming down a mountain we gave a negative review, what we didn't expect however was halfway through the bus ride home was for Margarita to call us out on the bus and humiliate us on the microphone crying and saying we shouldn't have left a bad review in front of the whole bus. Safe to say we got off the bus as soon as possible due to the intimidation. Do not book this company it was poorly organised and the tour guide was very unprofessional and needs to be able to accept a little bit of criticism when things don't go very smoothly. I would not book with this company again. On the plus side Zakopane is beautiful... Just don't walk down the mountain....wait for cable cart (however long it takes)

Krakow Zakopane Cable Car Vodka Cheese and Hot Springs Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Krakow.

How much does Krakow Zakopane Cable Car Vodka Cheese and Hot Springs Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $106 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Krakow usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Krakow Zakopane Cable Car Vodka Cheese and Hot Springs Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Krakow is not rushed.

Is Krakow Zakopane Cable Car Vodka Cheese and Hot Springs Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Krakow, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Krakow Zakopane Cable Car Vodka Cheese and Hot Springs Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Krakow Zakopane Cable Car Vodka Cheese and Hot Springs Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Krakow Zakopane Cable Car Vodka Cheese and Hot Springs Tour?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Krakow can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Krakow and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Krakow Zakopane Cable Car Vodka Cheese and Hot Springs Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Krakow within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Krakow?

    +

On Outty we rank every Krakow experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Complete Cracow Bike Tour (small group of maximum 15 people!), Krakow–Zakopane: Cable Car, Chocholow Baths, Cheese & Vodka, Krakow: Zakopane & Hot Springs Tour with Cable Car (Hotel Pickup). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Krakow?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Krakow?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
