The world of aviation in all its aspects... Fantastic!!!

Absolutely extraordinary museum where everyone, but especially aviation enthusiasts can take a leap through the passion, history, culture and myths surrounding the world of aviation both military and civil. The museum really has many aircraft, some absolutely unique pieces, that have somehow marked the history of the world. The museum is huge built on an old and historic airport near Krakow and has internal airspace in the hangars and externally in the perimeter of the old airport precisely. We were fortunate to have Mr. Marek O as our guide. (Which I would really like to thank sincerely), who presented us with extreme care, passion, clarity and sympathy those that are the main attractions of this fantastic museum, did so ranging from the historical to the technical side, not neglecting even those that are the curiosities and peculiarities of the aviation world, making the visit interesting and attractive even for young visitors like my daughters... What about a stop to include absolutely if you plan a visit to Krakow, museum really well set. Congratulations

Response from the operator: Gentile Viaggiatore, Che recensione appassionata!

Must see if you love aircraft

Fantastic trip. Huge museum with such a massive collection of aviation material and so many aircraft!!! Thoroughly enjoyed the flight simulator and sitting in one of the planes. Really good value for money, very quiet no queues. You can easily spend a few hours here with so many aircraft on display. Look in every hangar they look closed but are not. Every one of them full of planes and helicopters. I booked through tripadvisor before we left the UK. Easy to get a taxi out to it from krakow.

Response from the operator: Dear Traveler, Thank you very much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you had such a fantastic trip and that the museum's massive collection exceeded your expectations. It's great to hear that our efforts and your opinions had a great impact on your tour. if you are into classic military and civilian aircraft of a by gone age then don't give this one a miss!

I found the Polish Aviation Museum Krakov simply one of the best aviation museums I've been to, If you like Russian Cod War hard wear and have an interest in the Polish air force and aircraft industry it is a must see. Sharing space outside include notable Cold war era aircraft from the West, including a pristine example of an F-4E Phantom, a Mirage V and an extremely rare complete example of the F-105 Thunderchief. But for the outside visitor I think the biggest draw will be the row upon row of Migs and Sukhoi aircraft, from the early Mig 15 to the first supersonic Mig 19, and to the illustrious Mig 21 and brutal Mig 23. And from the Sukhoi stable we have a Su 7, 20, and 22. You also find example of unique one off experimental aircraft designed by PZL among too many gems to mention. Excellent value for money and because many of the exhibits are outdoors are easier to photograph if that's your thing.

Response from the operator: Dear Customer, Thank you very much for sharing your detailed feedback. It's great to hear that our efforts and your opinions had a great impact on your visit. As a token of our appreciation, please enjoy a 10% discount on your next booking with the code Discover10. We are thrilled that you enjoyed the Polish Aviation Museum in Krakow and appreciated the remarkable collection of aircraft, from Cold War-era planes to unique experimental designs. Museum good organisation only fair

Museum very interesting and good experience. Ticket purchase fine and downloaded successfully. However, Trip Advisor advertises Krakow Card included and skip the line and both were greeted with total blank looks at the museum.

Response from the operator: Dear Paul, Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you found the museum interesting and had a good experience overall. We apologize for the confusion regarding the Krakow Card and the "skip the line" benefit. It seems there was a miscommunication, and we’ll make sure to clarify this with Trip Advisor and the museum to prevent any future confusion. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll do our best to ensure smoother experiences for future guests. As a token of our gratitude, please enjoy a **10% discount** on your next tour with us using the code **Discover10**. We look forward to welcoming you again for another fantastic experience! Krakow: Skip the Line Ticket to Polish Aviation Museum: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Krakow.

How much does Krakow: Skip the Line Ticket to Polish Aviation Museum cost?

    +

Prices start at $16 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Krakow usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Krakow: Skip the Line Ticket to Polish Aviation Museum take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Krakow is not rushed.

Is Krakow: Skip the Line Ticket to Polish Aviation Museum worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 16 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Krakow, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Krakow: Skip the Line Ticket to Polish Aviation Museum?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Krakow: Skip the Line Ticket to Polish Aviation Museum suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Krakow: Skip the Line Ticket to Polish Aviation Museum?

    +

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Krakow can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Krakow and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Krakow: Skip the Line Ticket to Polish Aviation Museum start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Krakow within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Krakow?

    +

On Outty we rank every Krakow experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Complete Cracow Bike Tour (small group of maximum 15 people!), Krakow–Zakopane: Cable Car, Chocholow Baths, Cheese & Vodka, Krakow: Zakopane & Hot Springs Tour with Cable Car (Hotel Pickup). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Krakow?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Krakow?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
