    Fun times!

Great way to explore the city. Super fun and educational at the same time. Recommend to anyone that wants to try something a little different.

Forgotten booking - but excellent tour

We turned up for the tour at the scheduled time only to find they weren’t expecting us. They called Johan and asked him to come in to take our tour (he told us he’d not been told about our tour and was out walking his dog). He arrived 30 minutes later. During this 30 minutes, we were left standing around with no apologies or communication. They could have at least offered us a drink or sit down (it was a hot and sunny morning) but instead, we received silence. Johan’s tour was excellent though, and we would recommend the tour because of that.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the poor organization and lack of communication at the start of your tour — this is not the level of service we aim to provide. You’re absolutely right that we should have kept you informed and made you comfortable while you were waiting, and we’re sorry this was not handled properly. We’re glad to hear, however, that Johan was able to turn things around and deliver an excellent tour. We’ll be taking your comments seriously to ensure that future guests are welcomed with better care and communication right from the start. Thank you again for sharing your experience

    Good first segway experience

This was a very good first segway experience. They were easy to manage. Johan was very informative. Great way to see alot of Krakow in a shirt amount of time.

Response from the operator: Thank you for the lovely review! We’re so glad your first Segway experience was such a success and that Johan’s knowledge made the tour even better. It’s great that you found the Segways easy to manage and could see so much of Krakow in a short time. We’d love to welcome you again for another adventure

    Great e-scooter tour of Krakow

This was our first tour after arriving in Krakow. Using the e-scooter was a great way to appreciate the city, the Old Town and Kazimierz (Jewish Quarter) without all the walking. There were only three people, plus our guide Johan and this meant we could cover a lot of ground too. Johan gave the right amount of information without too much overload and was very flexible to our needs. He was very knowledgeable and I would strongly recommend him as a guide. I would also recommend this tour, especially near the beginning of your stay in Krakow.

Response from the operator: Thank you for the fantastic review! We’re so glad your first tour in Krakow was such a success and that the e-scooter made exploring the Old Town and Kazimierz so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s wonderful to hear that Johan’s balance of knowledge, flexibility, and clear explanations made the experience both informative and fun. Your recommendation means a lot — especially for visitors at the start of their trip — and we’d love to welcome you again for another adventure

Krakow Scooter Tour: Old Town & Jewish Quarter -4-Hour Full Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Krakow.

How much does Krakow Scooter Tour: Old Town & Jewish Quarter -4-Hour Full Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $220 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Krakow usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Krakow Scooter Tour: Old Town & Jewish Quarter -4-Hour Full Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Krakow is not rushed.

Is Krakow Scooter Tour: Old Town & Jewish Quarter -4-Hour Full Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 36 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Krakow, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Krakow Scooter Tour: Old Town & Jewish Quarter -4-Hour Full Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Krakow Scooter Tour: Old Town & Jewish Quarter -4-Hour Full Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Krakow Scooter Tour: Old Town & Jewish Quarter -4-Hour Full Tour?

    +

Around 13 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Krakow can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Krakow and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Krakow Scooter Tour: Old Town & Jewish Quarter -4-Hour Full Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Krakow within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Krakow?

    +

On Outty we rank every Krakow experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Complete Cracow Bike Tour (small group of maximum 15 people!), Krakow–Zakopane: Cable Car, Chocholow Baths, Cheese & Vodka, Krakow: Zakopane & Hot Springs Tour with Cable Car (Hotel Pickup). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Krakow?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Krakow?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
