Rushed tour of Schildler's factory
We were disappointed with this tour because it was too rushed and we didn't have a chance to read many of the informational placards that were there. The route that our tour group followed through the factory was very narrow at times so sometimes our guide would be talking about something in a space ahead of us that we couldn't all fit in at the same time so we couldn't see what was being explained.

Better without a guide
I felt the guide took away from the experience as he was reading some of the signs on the wall and we did not have enough time to experience the museum all that much. He did give some good information but wished I had just bought tickets for a self guided tour.

Worth the Money
Through Kraków's halls, we traced the years gone by, And learned the stories hidden in each room. The summer heat was heavy in the air, But skipping queues was worth the price alone. Our guide, David, made the history live, With careful words and details rich and clear. At every stop, he'd greet us with a smile: “My dear visitors,” he'd warmly say. The museum's tale was broader than one man; It showed us Kraków under Nazi rule. Schindler's own life was only part of it, While occupation shaped the greater tale. The rooms were narrow, and the halls were tight, Yet David found us places where we could Stand comfortably and listen as he spoke, And never did the tour feel rushed or forced. Two hours may seem short to some who go, For those who wish to linger, there is time. You could spend all day taking in the rooms, But two hours felt enough to me that day. One flaw remained before the tour began: The meeting point was crowded and unclear. Two companies gathered at the same place, And finding ours was stressful at the start. A sign, a different gate, or clearer mark Would make the meeting simpler for guests. But once we found our guide, the worry passed, And David made the journey well worthwhile. So five stars go to David and his guide, For making history both clear and real. I'm glad I came, and glad I took the tour; It proved a thoughtful way to see the past. Past the waiting crowd Two hours of history unfold Worth the time and cost

Why this scores 44
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Krakow: Schindler's Factory Guided Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Krakow.
How much does Krakow: Schindler's Factory Guided Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $34 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Krakow usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Krakow: Schindler's Factory Guided Tour take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Krakow is not rushed.
Is Krakow: Schindler's Factory Guided Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 44 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 77 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Krakow, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Krakow: Schindler's Factory Guided Tour?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Krakow: Schindler's Factory Guided Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Krakow: Schindler's Factory Guided Tour?
+
Around 27 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Krakow can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Krakow and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Krakow: Schindler's Factory Guided Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Krakow within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Krakow?
+
On Outty we rank every Krakow experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Complete Cracow Bike Tour (small group of maximum 15 people!), Krakow–Zakopane: Cable Car, Chocholow Baths, Cheese & Vodka, Krakow: Zakopane & Hot Springs Tour with Cable Car (Hotel Pickup). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Krakow?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Krakow?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
