The taxi that transfer that was not reliable.
I booked this service several weeks ago, looking forward to having a taxi waiting for us, but there wasn’t one there at the airport. After looking outside and in the arrivals hall several times I phoned the company and another taxi driver sent a message and came to find us at the airport. He was very pleasant, apologized and said he didn’t know where the first driver had got to. We got in his taxi/people carrier and he took us to our hotel. On the booking information it said we would get bottled water, but were not offered any. We didn’t ask for it as we’re just glad that after waiting we finally had a taxi. I wouldn’t call it an executive transfer as described as it was a people. Artist.

Outstanding service
What an amazing company so professional from start to finish. I could not recommend anyone better. We were picked up by a very smart suited young man. The car was beautiful so clean and fresh. There was no hassle door to door outstanding service. Forget Uber and the rest support local bisinesses who deserve it. Honestly you will not be disappointed we booked him two and from the airport. The prices are very reasonable. Bit of advice book your trips with him too as big companies cancel last minute. Thank you so much for such a professional service you provided us and made are trip outstanding. All I can say is I am so glad I found you on the reviews you came highly recommended.

Driving from krakow to Lviv and back to Krakow
Because of a knee problem I had issues with walking- through Pawal’s company this solved the problem. He picked me up at my hotel in krakow and drove me all the way to Lviv. Then on the appointed day and exactly on time; he picked me up at my hotel in Lviv and we drove back to krakow, again crossing the border with no walking. I would highly recommend using him and his agency. I would rate his agency as excellent

Reliable transfers/trip organisers
We were recommended Pawel of Executive Transfers by a friend who had used the company before. We booked them for transfers from the airport to the hotel and back, and also for a private trip to the salt mines and Birkenau/Auschwitz. The service was amazing with both Pawel and his driver dressed very smartly and arriving in Mercedes vehicles. They were courteous opening the doors for us on the vehicle and helping with our luggage. We booked the whole trip with them for the salt mines and Auschwitz, the tickets of which were included in the price, and on arrival at each destination, they collected the tickets and arranged entry for us. At allocated collection times they were on time waiting at the pick-up point arranged. They offered a huge knowledge of the area and it was great to have a chat about the country one-to-one and not be on a general tour with other members of the public. They offered a reliable, very good value for money service and would definitely use them again if we went back to Krakow.
