1. After meeting your tour conductor, hop on a comfortable sightseeing bus and travel approximately 110 minutes to the designated parking area. To avoid heavy traffic and road closures associated with the event, arrival is scheduled well before the fireworks begin. Depending on traffic conditions, the tour may make time-adjustment stops at service areas or roadside stations along the way. After approximately 30 minutes on foot, arrive at the viewing venue along the Arakawa River.

2. Konosu Fireworks

   You will enjoy the Konosu Fireworks Festival from a dedicated chair seating area. One of the event's most famous highlights is Phoenix Dance, a dynamic sequence of large fireworks launched in rapid succession across the night sky. The festival is also renowned for its spectacular 4-foot firework shell, one of the largest fireworks shells launched in Japan, creating a massive burst high above the venue. A special Blue Impulse exhibition flight is also scheduled as part of the day's festivities, providing another exciting highlight before the fireworks begin. Fireworks are scheduled to begin at approximately 6:15 PM and conclude around 8:00 PM. A ¥500 regional promotion voucher is included and may be used to enjoy local food stalls and festival offerings during your free time before the performance. As dinner is not included, you may wish to enjoy the local food stalls or bring your own meal.

3. After the fireworks display, walk 30 minutes back to the designated parking area and board the coach for the return journey to Tokyo. The tour concludes with arrival at approximately 11:30 PM. Due to heavy traffic and road restrictions following the event, significant delays may occur and the return journey may take longer than scheduled.

• This tour is operated for both Japanese and foreign customers. A Japanese tour conductor will accompany the group and provide key information using a translation app. Please note that the tour conductor is not a tour guide and will focus on sharing essential information during the tour.
• This tour is not available for preschool children (ages 0–6).
• Delays, shortenings or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to refund.
• Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be contacted 7 days prior to your travel date and offered an alternative or full refund.
• According to traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may be changed and the bus arrival may be delayed
• Delays or non-participation due to public transportation delays will be subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the scheduled time listed.
• Fireworks events are generally held rain or shine. However, the event may be canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control. If the cancellation is announced before the tour departs, the tour will also be canceled and a full refund will be provided. In such cases, we will contact the lead traveler. If you do not receive a cancellation notice from us, please assume that the tour will operate as scheduled. Please note that the event organizer's decision may not be made until the day of the event, and in some cases we may not be able to notify you until the morning of departure. If the fireworks event is canceled or postponed after the tour has departed, the tour may proceed with visits to alternative sightseeing locations instead. No refunds will be provided once the tour has departed.
• Extra time has been built into the itinerary to account for traffic congestion and road closures around the event venue. As a result, we may make time adjustments at rest areas or roadside stations along the route. After arriving at the venue, there may also be a waiting period before the fireworks begin. Please be prepared for hot/cold weather.
• Fireworks are scheduled from approximately 6:15 PM to 8:00 PM
• Some smaller fireworks and low-altitude displays may not be fully visible from the viewing area.
• Return is expected late at night and may be further delayed due to traffic conditions. If public transportation has stopped operating, arranging transportation home will be your responsibility. We cannot reimburse accommodation, meals, taxi fares, or any other related expenses.
• Please have lunch before joining the tour or bring your own lunch.
• Dinner is not included. Please bring your own meal or purchase food at the venue, service areas, or food stalls.
• The Blue Impulse flight schedule is expected to be confirmed around August. If the flight time is moved earlier, the tour meeting time may also be adjusted. Should this occur, we will contact you directly.
• There is approximately a 1,200-meter walk (about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace) between the designated parking area and the viewing site. Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable walking shoes.
• As the event takes place in the evening, we recommend bringing a light jacket or other warm clothing. Daytime temperatures may be comfortable in short sleeves, but it can become quite cool after sunset. We strongly recommend bringing an extra layer, such as a cardigan, hoodie, or light jacket.
• Food and drink vendors are expected to be available at the venue, but long lines and congestion are likely. We recommend bringing drinks and light snacks. Each participant will receive one ¥500 local shopping voucher that can be used at participating vendors on the day of the event.
• Please bring appropriate rain gear, as weather conditions can change quickly. Umbrellas are not permitted in the viewing area, so we recommend bringing a raincoat and hat instead.
• Sun protection items such as a hat, towel, water bottle, or handheld fan are recommended, as there is little or no shade at the venue.
• A flashlight is recommended, as some restroom areas may be poorly lit.
