Ok but could've been better

Our family of 5 enjoyed the rafting, however our starting photos were missing as cameraman forgot sim initially. We didn't have English speaking guides as requested and the car broke down on the way back. Our driver was lovely though and embarrassed by the combination of mishaps

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely appreciate your candour and are sorry to hear that your experience did not reach your expectations. We completely understand your frustration regarding the vehicle breakdown and assure you that we acted as quickly as possible to resolve the issue, this is beyond our knowledge about the breakdown. A new car replacement transfer was arranged promptly, and we're glad that able to get back on track without significant delay. Regarding your comment about the guide, we sincerely apologise if there was any difficulty in communication. Our guides are trained to provide useful instruction and speak English. Do you mean Kiulu's instructor or other staff? We hope you enjoyed the white-water rafting, and we would be glad to welcome you again in the future — under substantially better circumstances.

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
