Scam! Don't use this tour operator.
This tour operator is a scam, do not pay the money for this, you will be disappointed and feel cheated. It is advertised as a guided tour, but what we got was simply a driver for the day, with no other info about the places or history at all. The driver was extremely reckless and even got pulled over by the police for speeding and not wearing a seat belt, it was ridiculous. My mother has a back problem (which I informed the tour operator about beforehand) and his driving was terrible for that. He also tried to discourage us from going to the street art gallery since he didn't want to deal with the traffic. He even picked up a friend at the end of our tour without asking us in advance! When I complained to the tour operator about the lack of tour guide and unsafe driving, all he did was apologise, but refused to give a partial refund, and said it was my fault for tipping the guy (I gave him very little after he hovered at the hotel and waited for his tip, so I had no choice). I made my case with Viator directly once the tour operator made it clear he wasn't going to do anything about the issues, and they agreed there were safety issues and we did not receive the services promised. Viator also were unable to get a refund from this tour operator, and said they would flag them for safety issues. Don't use this guy, he's a fraud and a thief.
Response from the operator: Both you and us know all that your saying above are all lies.. Your saying all this because we refuse to give you a refund a day after you complete your excursions.

Greatest Experience
We was so delighted with this company from start to finish. It was a group of 16 of use looking to come Jamaica for the first time. We reach out to this company and tell them what we wanted and how best they handle it and they assured us to leave it in their hands, we wasn’t comfortable doing it but we trust our gut feelings which we did and it was the best thing we did our vacation was so lovely and we did enjoy it from start to finish. They book our hotel, transportation and excursions. Will be using them again on our next visit. Thanks Royal Tours Vacation for a wonderful vacation in Jamaica.
Response from the operator: It was our pleasure were hosting you and your family and friends. Thanks for booking with us.

Why this scores 50
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Kingston City Day Experience: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Falmouth.
How much does Kingston City Day Experience cost?
+
Prices start at $400 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Falmouth usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Kingston City Day Experience take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Falmouth is not rushed.
Is Kingston City Day Experience worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Falmouth, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Kingston City Day Experience?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Kingston City Day Experience suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Kingston City Day Experience?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Falmouth can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Falmouth and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Kingston City Day Experience start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Falmouth within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Falmouth?
+
On Outty we rank every Falmouth experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include ATV Jungle Safari Tour from Montego Bay, Jamaica Culture Tour: Culinary, Cultural, History and Dance, Jamaica Martha Brae Bamboo Rafting with Bus Transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Falmouth?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Falmouth?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
