    Flipping amazing

This was the coolest experience! Even though I'm a little afraid of hights and not in great shape, the team made it really fun and even helped me laugh at times. I would honestly do this again and again! The scenery alone could get me back.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the experience. Your kind words will be shared with our staff, and they’ll be happy to know that you appreciated their efforts.

    Amazing experience!

Bring rain coat during the rain season is always wet up there. It's a 90 min trip from Chiang Mai city in mountain roads, not recommended for people who suffer car sick.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the experience. We truly appreciate your suggestions, which will help us improve the experience for future guests.

    Best zipline experience so far!

Fantastic area with 17 ziplines including the highest and longest in Asia (1,200m). Highly recommended. Friendly guidance and the possibility to have photos and video taken for 1,500 bath (4 pers.) which is highly recommended.

Response from the operator: Bedankt voor uw beoordeling. We zijn blij te horen dat de ervaring u is bevallen. We zullen uw vriendelijke woorden doorgeven aan de gids.

    Great fun zipline

I booked this experience for my husband and 2 teenage boys 19 stations but just go for the full amount of stations as they loved it so much they wanted to carry on! The weather was dreadful lots of rain but don’t let that put you off they still loved it. With the full stations you get a buffet lunch which was lovely. Top tip book a tour with transport. We were going to book without but read reviews that it’s so hard to get back as it’s so far into the mountains. We paid our hotel concierge taxi to wait but many people were waiting many hrs for bolt and grabs once the experience was finished.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful review. We are delighted to hear that your husband and sons had such a great time and even decided to upgrade to the full course! We're also glad you enjoyed the buffet lunch despite the rainy weather. The attraction is located in the Doi Saket area, surrounded by lush mountains and forest, which provides the perfect natural setting for the zipline experience. As it is quite far from Chiang Mai city, transportation can be limited, especially during busy periods. We're pleased to hear that arranging transport in advance worked well for your family. Thank you for sharing your experience and helpful tip for future visitors. We truly appreciate your support and hope to welcome you back again soon!

Kingkong Smile Zipline - Longest Highest Zipline in Chiang Mai: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Chiang Mai.

How much does Kingkong Smile Zipline - Longest Highest Zipline in Chiang Mai cost?

    +

Prices start at $46 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Chiang Mai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Kingkong Smile Zipline - Longest Highest Zipline in Chiang Mai take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Chiang Mai is not rushed.

Is Kingkong Smile Zipline - Longest Highest Zipline in Chiang Mai worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Chiang Mai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Kingkong Smile Zipline - Longest Highest Zipline in Chiang Mai?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Kingkong Smile Zipline - Longest Highest Zipline in Chiang Mai suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Kingkong Smile Zipline - Longest Highest Zipline in Chiang Mai?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Chiang Mai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Chiang Mai and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Kingkong Smile Zipline - Longest Highest Zipline in Chiang Mai start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Chiang Mai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Chiang Mai?

    +

On Outty we rank every Chiang Mai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half-Day Thai Cooking Class at Organic Farm in Chiang Mai, Full Day Thai Cooking at Farm (Chiang Mai), Thai and Akha Cooking Class in Chiang Mai. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Chiang Mai?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Chiang Mai?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
