Dry helpful company.
These guys were great. I had inadvertently booked a transfer to KEF from the hotel at 1:15AM instead of PM. The operator called us to check what we wanted, since it appeared we would be unusually early for any flight, and worked with us to make the transfer work, even after I had been billed for the transfer. Very accommodating and very helpful to recover from my error. Definitely recommend this company.

Ariana arrived early, tested us ahead of time to coordinate pickup which was seamless. She then found a ways around rush hour traffic to get us to our cruise ship in plenty of time to make our specialty dining reservation. Professional, personable, and quality service from end to end.
