Unprofessional and wasted time
Booked the tour. Paid $264 for 2 people. We received a confirmation and instructions on where to meet. On the day of we show up to the meeting site at on time. After waiting for about 15min. We called the tour company. The guy we talked to said they didn't ha e anything on the schedule for that day. He was really nonchalant about it and said it was something with their system that didn't go through. My guess is that we were the only ones booked for the day and they didn't want to run the tour with just 2 people. Im currently waiting for my refund. Completely unprofessional and waste of time.
