Amazing experience! Beautiful nature, excellent organization, and very friendly guides. I highly recommend it to anyone
“We had an amazing kayaking experience on the Zeta River in Danilovgrad! The river is incredibly clean, calm, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The guide Milija was friendly, professional, and made us feel safe throughout the trip. The equipment was in excellent condition, and the entire experience was well organized. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Montenegro – it’s a wonderful way to enjoy the country’s natural beauty. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful day on Lake Skadar
We were a group of 6 adults. Milija was a great guide. He shared lots of great information about the lake, the area and the country. He is very knowledgeable and made sure we were well looked after. The lake is so beautiful! I would definitely recommend this tour if you are going to be in the area.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to leave your impression. We are glad that you enjoyed and learned something about Montenegro. Best regards

Great way to discover Skadar lake!
We had a great experience doing this kayaking tour! We are a family of four with 2 children aged 8 and 6. We started the kayaking tour at 9h in the morning. At that time it was still very calm on the lake and we could really enjoy the magnificent scenery. Milija is very friendly and gave us a lot of explanation about the lake and Montenegro in general. It would recommend this kayaking tour if you’re visiting Skadar lake!
Response from the operator: It was my pleasure to be with you. Thanks for visiting us 🙂

What a discovery!! a big thank you to Milija for sharing her passion for Lake Skadar with us through her comments, but also a big thank you for all the information on Montenegro and the advice on visits to do. Amazingly beautiful views, great conversations and refreshingly active.
Highly recommended! Amazingly beautiful views, great conversations and refreshingly active. It was so easy to communicate with Milija and his instructions were very clear. I really enjoyed hearing from him a lot about what life is like in Montenegro but also getting some historical context and information on the region. We kayaked on quite a wavy day (the previous day was very rainy) so it was physically quite hard, however on calm days I would believe it can be done by people in moderate shape as well. I highly recommend this activity!!!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for a nice review with all details. It was a fun day 😊

Why this scores 69
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Kayak Guided Tour Skadar lake - Adventure in National park: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Podgorica.
How much does Kayak Guided Tour Skadar lake - Adventure in National park cost?
+
Prices start at $75 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Podgorica usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Kayak Guided Tour Skadar lake - Adventure in National park take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Podgorica is not rushed.
Is Kayak Guided Tour Skadar lake - Adventure in National park worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Podgorica, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Kayak Guided Tour Skadar lake - Adventure in National park?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Kayak Guided Tour Skadar lake - Adventure in National park suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 7. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 4-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Kayak Guided Tour Skadar lake - Adventure in National park?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Podgorica can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Podgorica and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Kayak Guided Tour Skadar lake - Adventure in National park start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Podgorica within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Podgorica?
+
On Outty we rank every Podgorica experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best from our coast (Kotor bay, Budva, Sv Stefan, Skadar lake), Skadar Lake National Park Guided Boat Tour with Wooden Boat, GREAT MONTENEGRO TOUR Cetinje – Njeguši – Kotor – Budva. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Podgorica?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Podgorica?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
