About this experience
With 37 years of experience exploring the Southern Reefs of Kauai, we know what the seasoned diver wants. The dive sites we frequent feature over 1,250 endemic species of sea life only found in the Hawaiian Islands. Our charter consistently visits Sheraton Caverns where experienced divers will have the opportunity to explore the incredible lava tube formations and spanning archways formed in fire and carved in water millions of years ago. Other sites we frequent are rich with larger species and can reach depths of roughly 100ft. Sites such as Brennecke's Ledge, Fish Bowl, General Store, Ice Box, Turtle Bluffs and Zac's offer incredible opportunities to see sharks, manta rays, dolphins, and when the season is right, the majestic humpback whale. No Gear? No Problem. We have some of the finest rental gear available to our guests. Check out our option to book your Advanced Morning Dive with a full set of rental gear.

Great Kauai Dive Shop
Great dives in Kauai. Night shore dive saw tons of eels and octopus, morning boat dive saw lots of turtles and fish. Great guides, great equipment and a wonderful time.

Amazing Sea Turtle Exploring
Most amazing experience I've had on Kauai! I was super lucky and had an almost personal dive. Typically there are larger dive groups, but on this day there were only 2 of us diving besides the dive master, Luke. We went on a 2 tank dive at Turtle Bluffs and Sheraton Caverns. There was an abundance of sea turtles and so many beautiful fish surrounding us, many of which were curious and playful with us. We also got to see a graceful eagle ray which we were told is a rare sight to behold. I was nervous diving without my usual dive buddies and doing a drift dive for my first time but Luke made sure everything went smoothly and was extremely knowledgeable about the areas we explored. I highly recommend Seaport divers and if I'm ever traveling this way again I would choose them first! As an interior mainland diver I do a lot of traveling dives, and this was my absolute favorite dive I've done! Enjoyable start to finish including the journey on the boat thanks to our wonderful captain! Thank you Seasport Divers!

Great Dives! You can tell by these photos!
Great staff. Friendly, down to earth, and asked what we wanted to see and tried to find it! Great people.

Great Experience Boat Diving with Seasport on Kauai
For my first visit to Kauai, I booked a morning two-tank boat dive with Seasport Divers. Anyone who wants to dive Kauai should check them out especially if you are staying near Poipu! Great boat (thanks, Captain Sean), cool safe dives…can’t wait to dive with Seasport again.. A few things impressed me especially: 1. My local dive shop closed quite suddenly and I was in a bind to get my dive equipment checked out. Marvin, the Seasport owner, was able to take a quick look while I waited—just a small tweak and no charge! 2. Our dive guide, Amelie, was great—friendly and on top of everything! She pointed out tons of turtles and nudis, a nice shark and led excellent swim-throughs in some cool caves. Dina, an instructor who was on the boat doing a class, was totally willing to help anyone who needed anything. 3. The parking was free and easy. There were good facilities to rinse equipment post-dive . The shop is clean—-and seems well-stocked (which isn’t always the case with every dive operator) because a guy on the charter was able to buy a new mask and snorkel that he was pleased with before the dive. Last thing…A huge thanks and gold star for service to Jacob, Sean and Caleb, the guys working at the shop, who literally crawled around on the floor with me looking for my lost dive computer charger saving me $50+!! They were totally nice about it too! :)

Incredible experience - Nat Geo worthy
We had an incredible experience diving with Seasport. We saw tons of fish, turtles, eel, and even had a once in a lifetime “interaction” with a juvenile Hawaiian monk seal. It kept circling back to us

Why this scores 71
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Kauai's Exclusive Morning Scuba Charter for Experienced Divers: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kauai.
How much does Kauai's Exclusive Morning Scuba Charter for Experienced Divers cost?
+
Prices start at $270 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kauai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Kauai's Exclusive Morning Scuba Charter for Experienced Divers take?
+
Plan for about 4.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kauai is not rushed.
Is Kauai's Exclusive Morning Scuba Charter for Experienced Divers worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 55 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kauai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Kauai's Exclusive Morning Scuba Charter for Experienced Divers?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Kauai's Exclusive Morning Scuba Charter for Experienced Divers suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Kauai's Exclusive Morning Scuba Charter for Experienced Divers?
+
Around 19 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kauai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kauai and add a light layer if any part of the 4.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Kauai's Exclusive Morning Scuba Charter for Experienced Divers start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kauai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Kauai?
+
Kauai sells Na Pali Coast boat and helicopter tours, Waimea Canyon drives, tubing through old plantation ditches and Hanalei kayak trips. Ocean conditions shut down the north shore boat runs in winter, so cancellation terms matter. On Outty we rank every Kauai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Koloa Zipline in Kauai, Kauai: NaPali Boat Tour on the Amelia K, Kauai: Secret Falls Kayak and Hike. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Kauai?
+
April to June and September to October, with calmest seas in summer. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Kauai?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
