Great experience. A must see
This tour is a must see. We went during the day, however, at night it is a whole other experience. The driver was really nice and friendly. Would recommend this tour.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time with the driver and the knowledgeable tour guides at the temples. Your recommendation is greatly appreciated, and we hope to welcome you back for more memorable experiences in the future

Less impressive than hoped
Well, it's better than the Philae Temple Sound & Light Show, but there isn't much in it. The sonorous soundtrack is supposed to drip with integrity but bows under the weight of its own ludicrousness. The light show was a bit better with several colours and projections showing a bit more effort. But the mock seriousness didn't work for me. I spent the last few minutes at the Sacred Lake section laid on a concrete bench watching the stars - and was rewarded with a spectacular shooting star! That was the most spiritual thing that happened to me there. (PS. It's a fair walk from the ticket office, through the temple, to the Sacred Lake across uneven ground in the dark, so suggest it suits the sure-footed only.)
Response from the operator: Dear valued guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed review of the Karnak Temple Sound & Light Show. We appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us understand our guests' experiences better. We're glad to hear that you found this show better than the one at Philae Temple. However, we understand that it didn't fully meet your expectations. Your comments about the soundtrack and the light show are noted. We strive to create an immersive and authentic experience, and we'll take your feedback into consideration for future improvements. It's wonderful that you had a magical moment watching the stars and even witnessed a shooting star! Sometimes, the most memorable experiences come unexpectedly. Thank you for the helpful tip about the walk to the Sacred Lake. We'll make sure to communicate this information more clearly to future visitors so they can be better prepared. We appreciate your balanced review and hope that despite some disappointments, you found value in the overall experience at Karnak Temple. Your feedback helps us enhance our offerings for future guests. Thank you again for choosing our Sound & Light Show. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Luxor for more positive experiences in the future. Best regards, Eyes of egypt - luxor Team

The sound and light show should not be missed!
The air-conditioned car and polite driver Ahmed were nice to have had arranged in advance. However, the tour operator and/or maybe the driver were trying o cheat me. AVOID dealing with ‘Eyes Egypt.’ My tour description included the entrance fee. Driver sent me a message at last minute saying my tour did not include entry ticket. Then he stopped along the way suggesting that I buy my ticked from some man standing on a street corner instead of at the venue. I wouldn’t do that at home in the USA and certainly not in Egypt either. I contacted Viator and requested a refund of the 900 E£ that I paid for my ticket. Other that feeling like somebody was trying to cheat me, the show itself is well worth the price of the entry ticket.
Response from the operator: Dear Donovan_R, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our Karnak Temple Sound and Light Show tour. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you enjoyed the show itself and found it worthwhile. We're pleased that you found the air-conditioned car comfortable and that our driver Ahmed was polite. However, we are deeply concerned about the issues you encountered regarding the entrance fee and ticket purchase. We take such matters very seriously and would like to address them: Ticket Inclusion: We apologize for the confusion regarding the entrance fee. Our tour descriptions should be clear and accurate. We will review our communication processes to ensure this doesn't happen again. Ticket Purchase Suggestion: We strictly prohibit our drivers from suggesting ticket purchases from unauthorized sources. This behavior is unacceptable and goes against our company policies. We have initiated an internal investigation into these incidents and will take appropriate action to prevent such occurrences in the future. We're also reviewing our training procedures to reinforce our commitment to honest and transparent service.

Great experience
I highly recommend Eyes of Egypt. The day of the show we had an issue and they went far and beyond to help us resolve it, even when it wasn’t their responsibility. They walked the extra mile for us. That is really valuable for us, to be able to trust in a company. Thank you, Mr. Hamed Galal!!!
Response from the operator: Thank you and we hope to see you again

Karnak Night Experience: Private Transfer & Entry Tickets: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Luxor.
How much does Karnak Night Experience: Private Transfer & Entry Tickets cost?
+
Prices start at $60 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Luxor usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Karnak Night Experience: Private Transfer & Entry Tickets take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Luxor is not rushed.
Is Karnak Night Experience: Private Transfer & Entry Tickets worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 16 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Luxor, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Karnak Night Experience: Private Transfer & Entry Tickets?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Karnak Night Experience: Private Transfer & Entry Tickets suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Karnak Night Experience: Private Transfer & Entry Tickets?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Luxor can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Luxor and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Karnak Night Experience: Private Transfer & Entry Tickets start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Luxor within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Luxor?
+
On Outty we rank every Luxor experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Tour of Luxor West Bank Temples and Tombs (Private), Luxury Sunrise Balloon Ride in Luxor with Hotel Pickup, Luxor Day Tour: Valley of Kings & Queens & Hatchepsut Temples. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Luxor?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Luxor?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
