Very bad experience 😕
The meeting and departure terribly unorganized. Once on train we were in our coach, very normal trip to Kalkbay, I could have just bought a private ticket. Once we arrived us ladies looked for a restroom, we were advised to make use of the stations facility *not good condition *. As we left station we passed clean facilities,why not known by guides so that they could inform us.Arrived at Harbour had 10 min talk. Went to restaurant to eat. Food and service was excellent The trip home was a total disaster, my entire group of 5 ladies (eldest 73) had to stand all the way in an overcrowded coach. Disgusting for the amount we had to pay. Will never make use of your services again

Mother / Daughter - Women’s day Kalk Bay trip
The booking was easy and simplistic. I originally booked for the 29th but then a non-negotiable family event forced me to change my date to a week earlier. The change was done swiftly and smoothly. All information regarding the trip was done in the week up to the trip. I was added to a WhatsApp group where all information was shared. The times , meeting point, day’s itinerary etc. We met at the locomotive, registration and pics were taken. We received our tickets, a bottle of water and a keyring. 4 members of Nansi rail escorted us to the train. They were reliant on Prasa for the train trip. A bit of a mix up of platform to depart from but nothing serious. Even though we were a small group, they made sure we were seated together and watched that the fun didn’t get out of hand. The group was small but fun. The tour operator’s team took good care of us and were helpful and friendly. At Kalkbay they took us on the walking tour and for a lunch. They made sure that we were doing well at each point and adapted their programme to the pace of the group. It was an amazing memorable day and at the cost we paid , was amazing. They have many other trips and would love to go on more. I need to enquire if there are non-alcoholic options for Muslims.

Excellence is more than I can say. Nansi staff was amazing the best treatment I have ever received. Well organised and great stories we heard of Kalk Bay. We where an awesome group. My mom of 85 years old had so much fun and she was treated so special. Thank you Deiseree Butler and family.

Absolutely amazing experience! Everything was Well Organised! Meeting point instructions clear! Parking arranged at station. Tour guides were excellent! Felt very safe doing this trip! Satori hosted us for lunch. SERVICE IMPRESSIVE, FOOD AWESOME. Was sceptical in what to expect, but this tour was a next level experience. The start of many more with Nansi Rail!
