Disappointing change of plans to suit their agenda. Hard to know if you are going to get what you booked with these guys
We had booked a full day tour and were expecting a small group but despite there being 3 of us, there still weren't enough for them to run the full day tour so pretty late in the day we were offered a half day tour instead or a full refund. We didn't have chance to sort anything else out so opted for the half day tour but then we were bundled together with the bookings of a number of other agencies on a bus of nearly 50 people. This was a long way from what we had been expecting and really not the way I like to do my sightseeing. The tour guide we had (Judy) did a good job of handling such a large group and getting everyone on and off the bus at all the stops. What we had originally booked was a premium tour for a premium price and what we ended up with was a very basic, large scale tour bus. Disappointing.

Very interesting and well organized tour
An amazing tour with many interesting stops on the way. Our tour guide Min was very kind and inspiring and had a lot of knowledge about different aspects of the DMZ. Warmly recommended!

Very nice DMZ tour
Excellent experience ! Half a day DMZ visit as JSA was Closer. The organisation was perfect and our guide Sun Mi, extremely nice and provided very interesting information. I strongly recommend they for this tour whist is very popular in Séoul

Worth the price, complete trip DMZ
Great trip, sporty pace for it visits everything that is currently allowed without shopping stops. Finally, observatory with North Korea view!

A Powerful and Insightful JSA Tour Experience
I booked the JSA tour with KORIDOOR upon a friend’s recommendation and joined with my parents. From the beginning, the staff at KORIDOOR explained that visiting T1 would not be possible due to the incident involving soldier Travis King crossing into North Korea. So we joined the tour without high expectations. We were initially told the tour would depart from Itaewon at 06:50, but the day before we were informed that our group would leave at 07:50, so we arrived more leisurely. The story of the 3rd Tunnel—how a South Korean accidentally discovered it after it was dug by North Korean forces—was especially interesting. At Dora Observatory, I was a bit disappointed that we couldn’t clearly see the North Korean side due to the weather or visibility. The visit to the JSA area and Camp Bonifas under direct escort by soldiers was a unique and memorable experience. The soldiers answered every question with kindness and detail. It was unfortunate that photo opportunities were limited in these areas. While our guide Michelle did a great job throughout the day, what stood out the most was having military personnel explain each stop, including the 3rd Tunnel, the observatory, and JSA itself. Even though we couldn’t enter T1 directly, just seeing it from a distance gave the tour plenty of value. Watching armed North Korean soldiers from afar made me realize that Korea is truly still in a state of war. It was a little frightening, but a powerful reminder of reality.
