Keen Runner Preparing for the Spring Race Season

I recently booked a 10km running tour in Soweto with Baleka Nathi through Trip Advisor, and it was an incredible experience! As a keen runner preparing for the spring race season, this tour was a perfect opportunity to explore Soweto's rich history and culture while getting in a solid training run. Booking was seamless, and I heard back from the company within an hour, which was very reassuring. Bheki, our guide, was fantastic. I told him the pace I wanted to run at, and despite being a higher-level athlete, he stuck to it perfectly. Bheki was not only kind and knowledgeable but also made the entire experience enjoyable and informative. The tour showcased Soweto in all its complexity, and Bheki's insights added so much depth to the run. I have every intention of returning soon to do a training half marathon with Baleka Nathi. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to combine fitness with cultural exploration!
