A total waste of time and money. We deserve a full refund.
We are experienced worldwide travelers. We have been to all seven continents and over 100 countries and this was the worst tour guide and the worst tour that we have ever taken. This was a horrific mark to make. To start, the guide was unexplainably poorly prepared. He did not bring any historical materials with him unlike another guide that we saw being taken around. He did not call ahead to ensure that we would get entry into buildings that were locked up unlike the other tour guide that we came across during the tour. He repeated himself numerous times about other tours that he had taken other people to unrelated to where we were walking. He did not have the stamina to walk the entire tour so we had to stop for him. The tour covered an area that had changed over the years and not seeing what it once looked like added to the waste of time that we experienced. Also the guide lacked any enthusiasm. Finally given the lack of knowledge of the guide, the tour was terribly overpriced. The fact is we deserve an apology and a full refund.
