Pretty good
Hello, I must say this company was pretty good. The only thing I think I could rate them bad on was the pick-up. When I booked this, I put in my arrival time of the flight. Not knowing that we only had a 1-hour grace period from that arrival time. Normally they would monitor the flight and if it was arriving late, they would adjust to the pick-up. As it was my flight did take off late, so I was a bit nervous the whole flight. Once we landed, we sent a text to them, so they knew not to leave us behind. Luckly, they didn't, and everything was fine from there. They did show up early for our return to the airport but we were ready so that was not a problem. I would use them again but know next time that I must put in the time I will be able to meet them for the pick-up not the time my flight is due to arrive. thanks

Need better communication
Arriving at the airport went well trying to get back to the airport with the company almost made me miss my flight .they told me pickup time was 9:35am I called about 5 times they was giving me the run around and didn’t show up until 10:30am.

Needed instruction on where to go upon arrival
We didn't use the private service, we were instructed to use a bus after showing our voucher to personnel at the airport.
