SHOCKING RACIST BEHAVIOUR FROM THE START!

RACIST!!! DO NOT USE THIS JET SKI COMPANY — APPALLING AND FRIGHTENING EXPERIENCE We attended today as a group of 2 adults and 5 young people aged 18, and we are a mixed-race group. What should have been an enjoyable experience turned into an extremely distressing and frightening situation. During the experience, members of our group were racially abused, including the use of the N-word, and two of the young boys were threatened with being stabbed in the face. The situation then escalated further when the staff went through their toolbox, patted down and searched the young people for their phones, and took their phones from them. They subsequently cancelled our return transfer, leaving our group stranded around 30 minutes from our resort. We had no choice but to pay for private taxis to get everyone safely home. We immediately went back to the company in our resort that had arranged the booking. They contacted the jet ski company while we were there and discussed exactly what had happened. Most shockingly, the jet ski company admitted our account of events and admitted that the N-word had been used. Despite this, there was no apology, no refund and no attempt to resolve the situation. Instead, we were told to “suck his balls.” This is completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be subjected to racial abuse, threats of violence, intimidation or having their personal belongings taken from them. We paid for a service and were left frightened, without our phones, stranded 30 minutes from our resort, and forced to pay for our own transport home. We will be taking this matter further with the booking company and the relevant authorities. Please think very carefully before booking with this company.

Brill

Brilliant experience for a brilliant price, the guide was very helpful and friendly and took and sent us photos of ourselves on the jet ski which was a nice added bonus. Located in a lovely little town which is worth a walk around after. The only downfall is it was quite hard to find, but probably my own fault.

It has been an incredible experience, with unbeatable treatment by the team of Joan, and our guide Simba. We left the port of Andratx, always under the supervision and attention of Simba, who made this first experience, for some of us, fun and above all safe.

Hole in jetski

False advertising online ( free transfer up to 15km around Port of Andratx, it is actually up to 7km then 50 euros ). Our transfer never came, we had to pay for a taxi. On our way we get a call saying that a jetski has a hole and since we didn’t pay in advance we can’t do our session. We had booked via WhatsApp. Not polite, didn’t offer a solution or a different time. Very disappointed.

Response from the operator: We are very disappointed that we could not reach an agreement, on our website the pickup is charged 50 euros but we offered it to you for free, also unfortunately we had an accident that day that have collided with the jetski and it has broken, we offered you to change it to another day because we did not have the jet because it was broken, and we could not coordinate. I am sorry for the misunderstanding and I hope you can understand that they are jetskis and accidents can happen and are beyond us if we have a broken jetski.
